With 102 feet of Lake Erie frontage you will love your own private beach! This Lake Erie cottage is a great size to fit all of your friends and family! Open concept kitchen, living room and dining area. Plenty of room to entertain. You will not believe the size of the huge upstairs bunk room and a newly added bathroom. This huge room could easily be divided into separate bedrooms if you prefer. There is a main floor bedroom as well with two bathrooms side by side on the first floor. Great storage and laundry room. This cottage includes three lots right on the lake. Amazing views inside and out. Magical sunrises and sunsets. Incredible views of many Lake Erie islands. There are marinas close by so that you may choose where to dock your boat. Do not miss this opportunity.

Being lakefront is awesome

We had a wonderful time staying at this lake front beach house. The weather varied but was nice to experience the waves and calmness of the water. A quiet neighborhood for beach time and walks.

Weekend Fishing Trip Lake Erie

Great place right on the lakefront. Plenty of space for a large group of people. If you are looking for privacy, this isn't the place, but if you're looking for a nice place to stay for a day or two, this works great.

One of the best places to stay

We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful and spacious lake house. We had 10 people and it was plenty big enough for all of us. We would love to rent this home again in the future. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home.

Beachy Friend Stay

Beautiful Home Right on the Water

The property was just as described and well depicted in the pictures. The home was very clean, had comfortable beds, and the most beautiful view of Lake Erie. We had an amazing time and will definitely come back.

Lakefront Weekend!

Great setup for our group of fisherman. We had a charter set up for one of the mornings and we all slept great. Outdoor space was perfect for afternoon drinking and the waves and sand made it perfect. A great place to stay!

The house worked well for our crew. Location was nice. Our only negative was the owners entered the house while we were working without notice. Nothing was missing, just should have let us know before entering.

Lake Erie Family Vacation

My overall impression of this rental is that is very well cared for by the owners. Very clean and well stocked with kitchen/bath necessities. Beach was clean and sandy and my kids found lots of shells to take home as keepsakes of our time there. The water was great, we swam everyday. AC worked great, the house remained cool even on the hottest days. The owners were kind and were quick to respond if we needed anything. The owner recommended going to the african safari in port clinton and it ended being one of the highlights of our trip! I would recommend booking this property to families with kiddos, it is a fun place to stay!

We had some issues with this rental, so here are the pros and cons for us:PROS: Unbeatable views of both sunrises and sunsets; great location for birding being just minutes away from Magee Marsh, Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge, etc.; house was very clean; lots of towels and pillows; check in was easy and wifi was strong.CONS: The front door lock is extremely finicky; when the wind blows the waves on the lake are very loud; HVAC in downstairs bedroom is very loud and when it was hot in that bedroom it was cold upstairs; when it rains there is a constant, loud dripping noise (separate from sound of rain falling) audible in the downstairs bedroom (downspout out of alignment?); the downstairs showers are built for very thin, short people so if you are over 5'7", you will struggle; there is a microwave in the kitchen, but the dishes are marked "not for use in microwave" so we had to microwave food in the one big Pyrex mixing bowl or in the coffee mugs; biggest issue of all for us was that the bed in the downstairs bedroom is a "short queen" or "RV queen" which is 5" shorter than a normal queen (it has to be that size in that tiny room because otherwise you would not be able to walk around it) and the mattress on that short bed has seen better days - it was creaky and noisy and slumped toward the middle, although that improved when we took off the sheets and rotated the mattress.Overall, not a great choice for anyone who is tall and/or a light sleeper!

Life on the Lake

The family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house on the beach. The upstairs room was great for all the kids and they loved having their own bunk room. The 3 bathrooms was a wonderful convenience. There was a lot of splashing in the lake with the hot weather and digging in the sand for treasures. The house was well maintained and well stocked. We would love to stay here again someday in the future since it is so close to family.

Beach beyond belief

I've stayed at a lot of Lake Erie beach houses, from Oak Harbor to Geneva-on-the-Lake (and even one memorable trip to Canada). This has been my favorite beach so far in terms of ease of access, closeness, cleanliness, and beach-combing. I found a few very cool fossils. Even though the weather didn't cooperate (we were only able to get in the water one of our days), getting to see the lake during its riled glory was awesome. The qater was super close to the house, leading to great views and excellent wave white noise. When getting in the water, there was a small pebbly area to get through so if you have sensitive feet you might do well with water shoes. There is no real shade on the beach and deck so be sure to bring your sunscreen! The house itself was well-appointed with all the necessities, and I appreciated the ample supply of towels. I loved the decor and the views. The upstairs beds were very comfortable, though my parents were not as fond of the downstairs bed. As one of the other reviewers mentioned, one of the downstairs toilets is low. Good for kids but less so for old bones. Still, with two other toilets in the house it wasn't a real hardship. There is no tub in the house, and a couple of the showers are tight, but still were adequate. The owners were quick to respond and checking in and out was a breeze. Be prepared to drive for dining and entertainment, as this sits a bit away from town (and a small one at that). But as a beach-house, it's hard to beat!

This is the best rental property I have ever stayed in!! We had our own private beach, lovely views, an amazing balcony, comfy beds, and a fire pit for the night time. Couldn’t ask for a better place to spend a wonderful weekend!! Highly recommend staying at this place!

Beautiful place to experience Lake Erie!

This is a lovely property! So close to the lake with a wonderful view. Plenty of space inside and out! Also, the home is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property.

Great location!

The beach house is comfy, roomy and nicely decorated. Fantastic beach which my great grandkids thoroughly enjoyed when they were there for a family cookout. The Toomans are very good hosts and I would heartily recommend their beach house.
