Designed for large groups to comfortably interact in a variety of spaces with 8 bedrooms (which includes a self contained studio efficiency) with a total of 10 queen beds, 1 twin and a roll away bed, 3 kitchens, 3.1 bathrooms and 2 living rooms. Decks and large patio for hosting with pergolas and tables and chairs for large groups along with 2 gas grills, 1 charcoal and 1 gas griddle. There are 2 Pak-n-Plays and 2 highchairs for our young guests along with sand toys, beach chairs and beach umbrellas. There are 2 full sets of washers/dryers. 3 Fully equipped kitchens with cookware, dishes, glassware, crock pots, etc. Centrally located to area attractions/events/activities such as fishing, swimming, boating, National Bird Watching Events, Nature Preserves and Marshes, Camp Perry Rifle Matches, Put-In-Bay Island, Cedar Point and area attractions and water parks. Located in close proximity to beaches, park and downtown Port Clinton. Although located in a commercial area the guests love the convenience of the location and no restrictions.
