The price quote for Sunny Disposition is for up to 12 guests, not including children under the age of 2. Sunny Disposition cottage CAN sleep a MAX of 14 guests, not including children under the age of 2, using the sleeper sofa and an additional $25/person/night for any guests over the 12. Please be aware that the computer will allow you to enter more than the max allowable guests of 14 but more than 14 will not be honored.

Quaint lakefront Cottage On Lake Erie, in the private resort community of Sand Beach. The perfect place for relaxing family vacations, summer fun and Lake Erie fishing trips. This Cottage has a large great room with a beautiful stone fireplace and windows viewing the lake. A flat screen TV with digital television and live streaming, DVD, Playstation II with games, karaoke, and a stereo/CD for your enjoyment. A fully equipped kitchen, with a beautiful lake view, is ready for home cooked meals with seating for the whole family. A sitting area overlooks Lake Erie. There is a view of the Lake from every room in the house. The first floor has 2 bedrooms with 2 full beds, 1 bath. The second floor has 2 bedrooms with full beds and twin bunk beds in both rooms, 1/2 bath. A 'pack 'n' play' bassinet is provided. The upstairs bedrooms have flat screen TV's with Roku's with Hulu and Hulu Live. All linens and towels are provided.

Outside, a Beautiful deck overlooks Lake Erie, with stairs to the shore of the lake. Plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the beautiful Lake Erie sunsets, while cooking out on the BBQ. An outdoor fire pit provides a nighttime gathering place to visit and roast marshmallows. A private fenced-in playground is just a few steps away. The children will love the swings, slides, basketball court, monkeybars and more!

Beautiful deck over looking the Lake, views of the lake from every room in the house, central air, full kitchen, all linens provided, beach towels, coffee pot/ Keurig, TV, DVD, WiFi, Playstation, Stereo/CD/MP3 player, family movies, books, bikes, games, playing cards, kids toys, stone fireplace, gas grill sitting up on the deck, outdoor fire pit, patio furniture, fenced in play ground and private beaches. Nice place for a chill girls trip!

We came for a chill, lakeside bachelorette weekend and definitely enjoyed our stay! The house is well organized and stocked. The neighborhood was quiet. Being right on the lake was lovely! We were able to find plenty to do, even on rainy days.

Sunny Disposition is our home away from home! We love to escape and go to the lake for some rest and relaxation! We chose Sand Beach for its close proximity to all of the Lake Erie attractions, while still retaining the quiet resort community atmosphere! We enjoy the convenience of being so close to the marina and boat launch and having so many wonderful beaches to chose from! The kids loved going up to the lake, playing in the water and romping on the playground across from the cottage, when they were little. They still love being at the lake, fishing, playing yard games and basketball, now that they are teenagers!

The greatest benefit is a cup of coffee on the deck, watching the early morning sunrise. For those late sleepers, the sunsets are equally spectacular!! We have the unique ability to offer our guest availability for up to 50 guests with neighboring cottages!
