Great location within walking distance(3/4 of a mile) to several restaurants/bars and entertainment by way of brand new oversized sidewalks. Walk to lunch or dinner and eat on the sand overlooking the water or watch your favorite game in the riverside bars/restaurants or listen to LIVE MUSIC at the world famous Flora Bama. Ask about bringing your boat or golf cart! (requires fee and registration)


You have use of the 2 pools(in season) and the beach! There's also a marina for boating and fishing. We have it all for your Perdido Key Vacation! (Snowbirds call for your special discount! - JANUARY THRU MARCH 2026 60 NIGHT MIN STAY REQUIRED.

The GULF and COASTAL are and the 2 HOTTEST HANGOUTS ON THE SAND AND ARE WITHIN 10 MINUTES BY CAR.

Memorable 6th floor 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with ONE OF A KIND decor & front & rear balconies with views of 3 bodies of water - the GULF, OLE RIVER AND THE BAY! This charmer features LOCAL ARTWORK and fun decor that will appeal to young and old in addition to GREAT VIEWS!

UV light/HEPA filter system on HVAC for sanitization/allergy relief.

The riverfront balcony allows for dolphin watching and overlooks the ON-SITE MARINA and Large Pool across Ono Island and into the Bay- Bring your BOAT or JET SKI, Kayaks or Paddleboards. (There is a registration fee for motorized watercraft and their trailers - contact owner for details). The beachside balcony looks across the street to the Gulf (very short walk, about 200 yards).

The master features ultra comfy king bed and it's own entry to the balcony-great for moonlit nights overlooking the water and some of the best sunsets you'll see! There is also a large tv. The second bedroom features twin beds and access in room to the second bath.

The living room has a decorative fireplace(not usable at this time) , flat screen and convertible bed and overlooks the water. The kitchen is fully equipped with S/S appliances, Keurig and Mr. Coffee, granite counters, huge island and has a large pantry with washer/dryer. DON'T MISS THIS UNIT - YOU WON'T BE SORRY!

Both Balconies feature table and chairs and the riverside balcony has a daybed for afternoon naps or a lazy evening. Looks over Ole River and Perdido Bay where pirates once roamed (and hid)!

Also home to the endangered Perdido Beach Mouse, Pelicans, Osprey and watch the dolphins cruise the river from your balcony.

Ten minutes to Orange Beach with lots of restaurants, shopping, walking/biking trails and more! Gulf Shores and Gulf State Park are about 20 minutes away.

Reminder: Summer is rented weekly only - Saturday to Saturday.

Please note: NO PETS of any kind for renters (Condo rule) and NO MORE THAN 6 OCCUPANTS(condo rule). We can not allow any exceptions to these rules, so please don't ask.

This condo is beautifully decorated and offers a peaceful and relaxing getaway, with a million dollar view from two balconies. The hosts were very accommodating, and our overall experience was delightful!

This was our first time staying on the river side rather than on the gulf. It was peaceful and entertaining to watch the boats go by. Beautiful view and just across the street from the beach. The condo was very comfortable and communication with the owner was excellent. We love Perdido Key and these condos are in a perfect location.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Condo was clean and had everything we needed. There's not much of an ocean view but the old river view made up for it. Dolphins swim by of a morning. Public beach access is 5 mins down tha road and florabama is walking distance as well as a convenience store next door. Highly recommended. Also this place was quiet and the balcony is awesome!

The location was excellent! The condo is better than the photos. I lived on the bayside pool as did many others the week I was there. I enjoyed the peace and quiet but yet close enough to shopping, restaurants, and many other local area activities for adults and kids. The view of the ocean and the bay were beautiful. I do hope to return next year!

Magical spring break experience

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect for our family of 5. My boys loved watching the dolphins swim by and the sliding doors where the perfect views for the small lightning storm we had. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone going to either pensacola or orange beach. Also if you do, shell beach was one of our favorite stops.

Great trip!

We had a great time staying in Perdido Key. Condo was perfect and was nice being in the same complex as more of our family. Condo had all needed amenities and even some most wouldn't think to include. Thanks for allowing us to rent this condo at a great rate.

Beautiful property

The condo was exactly as listed! The inside decor is beautiful! Our mornings were spent on the back balcony having coffee and watching for dolphins. We saw them almost every morning!! We loved both pools and spent lots of time at the pool that the condo overlooked. The walk to the beach is a bit more than we anticipated, especially with two little ones, but we were able to drive over and park in the beachside property lot. We didn’t have a beach wagon and the walk over would have been much more doable if we had one. The only true issue we had was with the beds in the second bedroom. Twins were great, but the mattresses seemed older, seemed unstable and were not very comfortable. The owners were out of town, but gave us a contact and he was very responsive. I highly recommend this property and hope to return again in the fall or early spring. Thanks Anne for being a wonderful hostess!!

Great location/beautiful views

Spacious and beautiful condo on the sixth floor. On the Ole river side with awesome views. Saw dolphins every day of our stay. Enjoyed the river traffic of the ole river. Across the river is Ono Island with beautiful River homes. Has a nice clean pool on the river side. Across the street there is another pool on the ocean that you can utilize along with a private section of the beach. We love listening to live music and the Florabama is just 3/4 mile away. The condo has all the amenities you will need and is furnished nicely. There are many great restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Gulf shores and foley are just a short drive away and have many activities and great restaurants around. Pensacola is just east of us. You can see the thunderbirds practice and visit the air museum. The zoo is just 30 miles and located in foley. We did not have any issues accessing the condo or any issues during our stay. It was seamless. The condo is located in a fairly quiet location. The only exception is the mullet toss happened during the first weekend of our vacation. Traffic was a mess, mainly on Saturday. Other than that everything was fantastic. We will definitely try to use this condo again.

Balcony envy

We have always stayed ocean front but absolutely loved the back balcony and having the river view. The daybed on the balcony was the icing on the cake. When not on the beach, you could find us on the riverside balcony.

Fall getaway 2023

Absolutely love this location. We cooked breakfast every morning. (The skillets might have there better days). The Point was our favorite spot for dinner and Doc's seafood. The twin bedroom good use some blackout curtains(there is a bright light outside the bedroom window). The 2 twin beds were very squeaky, they may have also seen there better days. The shower in the master had a slow drain. Overall we love this condo🙂

Much needed relaxing

Loved the unit and this area. It’s nice to sit on the balcony and watch the bay. And easy beach access. Our trip was short but much needed and relaxing. It’s a hidden gem along the gulf in my opinion.

Family vacation

We had a great time staying at this condo! The balcony overlooking the river was very nice! Watched all the boats and saw dolphins! The condo was very nice clean and comfortable. We also visited the pool almost every day and it was never really crowded. I would highly recommend staying here!

An awesome vacation rental

This was an awesome vacation condo in Perdido Key. The condo was very well decorated and clean. The location was great. We spent a lot of time at the larger pool close by and enjoyed the beach and smaller pool across the street everyday. The beach was not very crowded but it was still an accessible drive to shopping and restaurants. The balcony overlooking the old river was wonderful. Our family enjoyed watching the boats and dolphins go by. Our only suggestion is to replace the master bed. It dipped in the middle and was uncomfortable to sleep on.

Jim and I, and our grown kids, Britt and Molly, have been coming to Perdido for 25 years. It all started with renting a home on Ono Island on Ole River and we've been hooked ever since. Our kids grew up coming to this area, and now they both come with their spouses. Jim is retired from the biotech industry and I am in real estate in the Atlanta area (Kennesaw for those that know where that is!) We decided years ago, since we can't be here all the time, to make it available, and try to keep it reasonable, for families to visit the best kept secret on the Gulf!

Laid back setting, but close enough to the hustle and bustle to be in the middle of upscale dining or deep sea fishing in 10 minutes or less. The views off our balcony over the river, across exclusive Ono Island and into the bay are fabulous with regular dolphin sitings right off our balcony. Walking distance to the world famous Flora-Bama if you want to party the night away. Two-thirds of Perdido Key is designated park land and can't be developed, so none of the overcrowded beaches you have in nearby areas. You'll be surprised what the river side has to offer, and still just a quick walk across the street to the beach. The best of all worlds in our own little Perdido Key Paradise!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

2/3's of Perdido Key is designated to remain undeveloped, so the wildlife and laid back, uncrowded feeling is unique to the area. Still less than 5 minutes to get off the island and to all the attractions! Shipwatch features an on-site boat ramp - very rare on the key and convenient since it's a very short boat ride to restaurants in either direction.
