Shipwatch Surf & Yacht Club is a popular Perdido Key resort that extends from beachfront to riverside, giving you options for your gulf coast getaway. You'll enjoy 2 pools, one Riverside and the other outdoor pool just across the street on the Gulfside. Perdido Key is just across the Alabama-Florida state line and offers you a quieter, family friendly area of the Gulf Coast for your next Getaway! Also, just a short walk from the world famous Flora-Bama. Boat owners will find a Boat/Kayak Launch & Slips, along with On-Site Boat Trailer Storage (boat slips available on a first come first serve basis, prior registration and other fees apply). Area activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. NO Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of all Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. Docking and wet slips are first-come, first-served, with trailer parking available on site. Decals are $100 each; guests with a boat and trailer must purchase two decals ($200 total). A boat launch is also available. Pre-registration is required.
7. Boat contracts need to be submitted within 24 hours of booking, along with submission of insurance card and registration.
8. You will receive a parking registration email. You are encouraged to purchase your parking passes prior to arrival.
