If you are looking for some beach life, you will certainly be "Livinit" at the Livinit beach house! "Livinit" is a 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath vacation home that sits directly on the beach and overlooks the white sand and crystal blue waters of Gulf Shores.

The first floor features a large kitchen well-equipped for cooking, a dining area perfect for entertaining, a large luxurious living room, a half bath, and a master bedroom. This bedroom boasts a gorgeous gulf view, a king bed, and a private bathroom. Finally, on the first floor is a large covered balcony with a stunning view of the Gulf Coast.

On the second floor, guests will enjoy 3 more comfortable bedrooms. 2 of these bedrooms have a gulf view, king beds, and private bathrooms. The third bedroom has another king bed, a twin over twin built-in bunk bed, and a private bathroom. Also on this floor is a utility room with a washer and dryer. Another balcony overlooks the white sand and blue water, perfect for guests to enjoy watching the sunset and spending time together! The third floor features ample sleeping space with 2 queen over queen built-in bunk beds and a private bathroom. This bedroom has a stunning gulf view from the top floor!

On the ground level of "Livinit," guests will enjoy many amenities. These include a seasonally heated (with fee) private pool, an aluminum charcoal grill, an outdoor wash-off area, and ample parking for 6 vehicles. Directly on the white sand of Gulf Shores, guests can take a walk on the beach or dip their toes in the water right from the house anytime!
