Welcome to this magnificent Yellowbird Too! This beautiful 3 story home offers 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 17 guests. An elevator makes accessing all levels easy. Enjoy the breathtaking Gulf views from the covered balcony on the right and the open balcony on the left. The large private fenced in pool(unheated), complete with sun loungers, is ideal for refreshing daytime and relaxing nighttime swims.

Step inside to an open floor plan featuring a dining area with seating for 8 and an additional 4 seats at the peninsula. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a standard coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, blender, and a spacious kitchen island. The inviting living area offers cozy seating and a TV for your enjoyment. The pantry area includes an extra refrigerator and a shared bathroom, plus a washer, dryer, sink, and plenty of storage. You will also find 4 bedrooms on this floor, each thoughtfully designed for comfort.

Upstairs, the master bedroom features a King and two Twins, with access to a private balcony with stunning Gulf views. This home combines comfort, making it the perfect destination for your next getaway.

We were very happy with this rental. Plenty of room for all our family, easy access to the beach and a great pool. Very accurately described in the listing and they even had plenty of games and puzzles for us. Bender Realty were extraordinary to work with and were very accommodating. We would certainly rent with Bender again. 0 problems on this vacation, 100/100 for the experience.Shh, don’t tell anyone, early May is a great time to visit the Gulf!

Well-appointed and great layout for extended family stay. Just outside of town with plenty of beach to spread out while still close enough to eat or shop.

Great location!

Great location! The house was spacious, the pool was perfect! The only down side was some of the beds were a bit hard or worn out but besides that everything was wonderful

We will be back

It was a perfect week, not a lot of people on the beach. We could spread out and the younger kids had a lot of room to play.

In looking at our communication during and after your stay, I see that we addressed the WiFi on your arrival; it appears that housekeeping had unplugged it. YELLOWBIRD TOO

Yellowbird Too was an amazing property. My Dad can not do stairs and the elevator wasa life saver. Every room was very private and everyone had their own space. Loved the stairs and seating in the pool. I would recommend this property.

Great house

As described. House was great. Only negatives are pool heater was broken so we couldn’t use the pool, and there should be better instructions on how to use the elevator.

This is a fabulous house with direct Gulf views and plenty of space for the entire family. The pool is not advertised as heated, and if that should change in the future, it will certainly be noted for all guests. Per your comment on the elevator, we have included more specific instructions in the guest information that is emailed prior to arrival, as well as posted in the elevator room. Relaxing

I loved the house and location! Our only complaint was the hill we had to climb to get to the beach. My parents, who are in the 70’s, struggled to get to the beach. Woukd have been much easier with steps or a pier to lead out to the beach. Other than that, it was a perfect vacation!

The property was wonderful, the space was great. But the people before us left things broken. We felt bad that you guys had no idea things were not working. But you guys fixed everything, and we thank you for that. But the dryer really did not dry well at all.

5 bedrooms with each room having a private bath made it great for our large family. However, we were disappointed with the view from the main floor porch. You are unable to see the shoreline due to the sand dune blocking your view. (Attached a pic for reference.) The walk up the dune to get to the beach was a bit difficult, especially for my parents and those that were hauling the beach equipment. We don’t recommend staying here if you want to be able to see the shore from the porch. The best view was at the top floor balcony but it wasn’t covered and the sun was brutal up there. Plus, you can only sit a couple of people up there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience in Yellowbird Too was simply amazing. We had no issues with the home itself during our stay. The house location is far enough down West Beach that you are away from all of the condos. The only people on the beach were our family and the families from the houses next door. The pool was a pleasant bonus allow our 10 month old granddaughter to have fun without the constant exposure to the sun on the beach. The Bender Realty staff remained in touch during the entire stay. They made sure we could get the house keys after business hours, and they promptly answered the questions that we texted to them. We would definitely rent this house again on any return trips.

Great Family Vacation Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 10 people and the layout of the home is nice, and having an elevator was great. The pool and covered deck was large. Patio furniture not very comfortable and no chairs for table in the screened in porch. Living room and kitchen furniture are worn, but bedrooms were in better shape. The laundry room is huge, but the dryer is extremely loud. There is only a path to the beach. So walking up the slight hill could be a challenge. We loved having the beach to ourselves. It’s a little out of the way, but we enjoyed the area. We had a couple of issues while we were there, and Bender responded promptly. Our family had a wonderful time in gulf shores. If you’re looking for a new home, I would not recommend. If you’re looking for a lived in home on the beach with a nice pool, this would work.

Yellowbird met our families needs. The pool was a huge hit. The walk to the beach is a little hike but they managed it well. The weather was a hit and miss but we can say we survived Tropical Storm Arthur lolThe elevator is a blessing to have being a beach house there are a lot of stairs. It really made life a lot easier. The conversations I had with Bender were wonderful. They even texted a couple of times to make sure all was in order. The house is very clean and I am picky. I would definitely stay at this property again.
