Conveniently located 5 km (3 mi) from Palaia, Italy and only 36 km (22 mi) from Pisa. Centolivi 14 is a beautiful stone building (400 sq m) with WiFi internet, air conditioning and private pool. The property can accommodate up to 14 people comfortably in seven bedrooms with six bathrooms.

What to Expect
The property consists of a main house and a guest house. The main entrance to the property leads through a shady courtyard and covered loggia to a large terrace enjoying wonderful views over the landscape. Part of the large garden is an olive grove and the swimming pool (12x6m) has been placed in a spectacular position. There is also an original bread oven which can be used for pizzas and barbecues too.
After arriving you will be welcomed by the owner or manager where you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property with views of the hills perfect for a peaceful vacation in Tuscany. Regardless of how you spend your days - shopping, visiting museums, sightseeing or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can unwind with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Tuscany. Also available outside are a barbecue grill and patio. Sharing a meal with friends and family is a huge part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your holiday. The kitchen includes coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to 14 people.
