In the heart of Chianti, located on a small hill and surrounded by a two-hectare park with a splendid panorama and private swimming pool, VILLA BRUSCHETTI is an ancient 19th century residence, which maintains intact furnishings and frescoes inside, with a charm very particular, for connoisseurs.
The villa has two floors:
Lounge area, dining room, kitchen and veranda
Ground floor
While the bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 14-15 people, 7 bathrooms and an additional sitting area, are located
Upstairs
Located in the center of Tuscany, it is the perfect starting and arrival point for those wishing to visit Florence, Siena, San Giminiano, Monteriggioni, the hills of Chianti Classico, Volterra, Certaldo and the sea areas from Marina di Pisa, Viareggio and Forte of the marbles
A few km away are: Vinci, Leonardo's homeland
Montelupo, famous for its ceramics

A wonderful stay in Italy!

We had a wonderful time in Italy. The property was lovely with so much history. The grounds were beautiful. We travelled the area and met great people. We enjoyed all the restaurants. We travelled to Venice, Lucca, and Florence. It was a wonderful place to stay and travel from. Can’t wait to return! Nancy and Brendan

Great Time in beautiful Villa with very friendly owner.

We were 14 People, spending a whole week in this great old lady, Villa bruscette. There was much Space, a wonderful terrace, a nice pool and very kindly owners Francesca and Alexandra. They made our holidays realy great. Thank you so much.

Fantastic True Tuscan Vacation

The Villa is sensational. Certainly not modern but so much character and the addition of AC units in some of the bedrooms is a huge help in the Summer. Federica and Alessandra were super helpful and responsive. Worth mentioning that the villa is 10 min drive from Empoli and 40 mins from Vicenze so you need a car but we had a superb 2 week stay. Also book Federica's cook, she's a marvel!

A Dream Stay in Tuscany – Peaceful, Beautiful, and So Convenient

We brought a group of first-time international travelers to Villa Bruschetti, and it was absolutely perfect. The villa itself is full of historic charm—spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Each room was thoughtfully appointed, and the grounds were stunning, with peaceful views in every direction.One of the best parts was the excellent location. It served as the perfect home base for our many day trips to enjoy the beauty of the Tuscan countryside—Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Vinci, and more were all within easy reach. After each adventure, we returned to the serenity of the villa to relax, and gather over shared meals.Our hosts were warm and attentive, helping us with every detail to ensure our stay was smooth. This was a truly unforgettable experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Highly recommend!

Want to feel like royalty? Spend a few days in this charming villa!

My family (grandparents, sister in law, us and our daughter) spend 9 amazing days in this beautiful villa - we liked to call it our castle. It's like going back in time! The surroundings are beautiful, the villa is very comfortable, the bedrooms and bathrooms are great, the kitchen is very "user-friendly" and the common areas - several places to sit and chat, play, etc - are so welcoming. We loved everything about it! Last but not least, since we were there in the July (super hot time of the year), we took advantage of the pool a lot! Frederica and her daughter Alexandra are very nice and welcoming, and made our stay very easy. We did a lot of day trips to Florence, Sienna, Pisa, the seaside, Ceralto, Vinci - all of these were very accessible, within 30min to 1h driving distance from the house. We would love to come back here one day!

Dias inolvidables en una preciosa casa!

Viajamos un grupo de 12 amigos desde hace muchos años. Esta Preciosa villa en la Toscana es el lugar perfecto desde donde explorar, tanto el norte como el sur de esta región. La casa grande, espaciosa, limpia y cómoda para todos. Las anfitrionas,Federica y Alexandra, nos recibieron y explicaron con todo detalle , cómo desenvolvernos en la casa.. Un detalle de bienvenida muy de agradecer. Alexandra encantadora informándonos de todo cuánto precisamos.Un lugar para volver sin duda y para recomendar a grupos grandes como el nuestro.

Außergewöhnlich!

Wir waren mit 11 Personen in der alten Villa. Sie war einst sehr prachtvoll, liegt in einer tollen Umgebung und ist einfach ein außergewöhnliches Domizil in der schönen Toskana. Die Küche könnte mal wieder neu ausgestattet werden, aber ansonsten ist alles außergewöhnlich, geschichtsträchtig und gut! Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Villa und Federica und Alessandra sind sehr gute Vermieter. Wir wurden sogar zu einer privaten Besichtigung des Palazzo Pandolfini in Florenz eingeladen! Und sich von Simona bekochen zu lassen kann ich jedem Gast wärmstens empfehlen! Insgesamt ein tolles Haus, ein guter Standort für Ausflüge, … ein Erlebnis!

It's old, but it has its charm.

The house was once very grand, the setting is dramatic, and it accommodates a large family gathering (we had 13 adults and used every bedroom). All the rooms are large with plenty of space for child beds to be added (our group included a few young children). Large groups can be seated together for dining both inside and out. One issue is the absence of window screens, resulting in having to choose between letting in the mosquitos or closing it up and having it feel a bit dark and musty. But all in all, a memorable home base for a Tuscan vacation.

An INCREDIBLE Stay at VIlla Bruschetti

Our extended family stayed at this wonderful villa for ten days in late June. The villa itself was lovely, roomy and extremely comfortable. And, the villa's location was perfect for daytrips throughout Tuscany. Federica and Allesandra were lovely and incredibly helpful and responsive. They even arranged for a private chef to prepare dinner for our granddaughter's 10th birthday celebration. She was thrilled and we all enjoyed the fantastic meal out on the front terrace. (Thank you Simone!) We would happily return to this incredible villa!

Great place to taste Tuscany, hosts very helpful

We spent one week with several couples in this house, the house is ancient which makes it charm, the rooms are large and there is plenty of space in the house not to feel crowded in spite of being 15 people. The Kitchen is very modern with everything needed to cook. Location is very good, 10 min away from highway and central to Tuscany which makes it very practical to visit Tuscany main touristic places (Florence, Siena, Lucca, Pisa, etc). If you prefer to stay the house also offers the best to enjoy ferniente, the pool, bbq, and excellent terrace with views where to taste delicious chianti. Finally, hosts Federica and Alessandra are extremely helpful, we had a couple of extra needs which they helped us solve, to meet them was indeed much of the joy of the stay .

Une belle et grande maison de famille avec beaucoup de charme pour visiter la Toscane

Très accueillante, Alessandra est vraiment de bon conseil sur les visites à faire. Elle nous ouvre les portes de sa maison de famille, magnifique, bien équipée (sauf un four micro-ondes hors service), sympathique à vivre et à utiliser pour 15 personnes de tous âges réunies pour fêter l'anniversaire de mariage des grands-parents. La météo fraîche et humide de novembre nous a un peu surpris : sortez couverts.

Like a dream only better!

We had a wonderful week here with 2 other families. This is a great location for day trips and for enjoying some relaxing time with family and friends. The house is gorgeous. I bet it would be a perfect place to spend Christmas too. If you stay, request to have a private chef cook you dinner. The food was amazing, it really was a dream come true. We hope to visit again!

BEAUTIFUL LUXURIOUS VILLA MARTIGNANA

We were a family of 15 people celebrating our 50th anniversary. We were amazed to see the villa in the lovely town near Empoli. The villa is extremely large and very comfortable. The home is filled with beautiful antiques and a feel of the past in each and every room. Fredericka was a wonderful and warm welcoming hostess, as well as her daughter Alexandra. The property is well maintained and the gardens and view spectacular. We enjoyed eating our meals on the veranda every day. The rooms were huge and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you needed. The villa is close to Florence as well as Pisa and Livorno. The pool was nice to come back to at the end of a lovely day. If you are looking for a beautiful home going back in time then Villa Martignana is for you. We would also like to thank Rita and Silvano, the attentive staff who were available if we needed them.

Summer in Tuscany 2015

We loved having the space in this Villa. Our family of 6, 2 parents 4 children, used this Villa for a relaxing base for day trips to Siena, Lucca, Pisa, Florence, and Vinci. Idyllic setting with plenty of bedrooms, a cool breeze every evening and a fan offset the lack of air conditioning. Eating on the terrace or at the outdoor table while overlooking the countryside were fantastic. close to the Firenze-Pisa-Livorno highway it was easy to get around Tuscany from this location. Our hostess and her daughter were wonderful and when we needed help they came through every time. The Villa itself is a treasure and we didn't even use all the rooms. The kitchen was great for meals and the pool was great for relaxing after sightseeing.

A Charming Grand Rustic Beauty!

Our family spent a wonderful relaxing summer week at the magnificent Villa Bruschetti. The house has the impressive grandure of many generations of a noble family. Full of rustic italian charm, original ceiling frescoes, elaborate fireplaces and furnished with beautiful antique furnishings, it's easy to feel at home in her comfortable yet luxurious atmosphere. Beautifully situated with large terrace and views from every window. Convenient for day trips to Florence and the beaches at Pisa. Well equipped kitchen and charming helpful hosts. Our kids loved the pool but the pool area could do with an upgrade to be in keeping with the high standards of the period property. We have happy memories of our visit to this unique property.

Toute la famille a été réunie pour un séjour remarquable. La villa est typique et superbe, très bien située au centre de la Toscane, vaste et confortable avec un très bon accueil de Federica et Alessandra (en Français).Le point de vue sur la campagne est extraordinaire. Beauty and luxury in Tuscany

Une semaine inoubliable

Nous rentrons d'une semaine inoubliable avec tous nos enfants et petits enfants (14 personnes) . Tout était là pour que ce soit réussi : la demeure fastueuse et confortable, un jardin très apprécié des plus jeunes aux plus grands, et tout cela à proximité des sites à visiter ( Florence, Sienne'..) mais aussi de cette si belle Toscane. Cela restera un moment familial marquant. Des 40 ans de mariage bien fêtés! Merci à Federica et à sa famille pour l'accueil chaleureux.
