In the rare case that you may actually want to leave the cabin, Blackberry Springs is located in the Arts and Crafts Community where you will enjoy access to 100+ Artisans, Shops and Restaurants.

This luxury cabin has a King Suite with full bath and HDTV as well as a sleeper sofa in the great room should you want to bring the kids. Prepare in cabin meals in your fully equipped kitchen. Finish the evening in your 102 degree hot tub on your covered deck. This is a brand new cabin so book it quick if it's available!

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. We want to come back again and stay! I even hate to put this I hear but the only critique (which shouldn’t sway anyone from booking this lovely cabin) is the cabin lacked enough pillows. The pillows were pretty flat. This is a personal preference but we do wish we had more pillows than what was provided.

Absolutely Perfect

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My girlfriend and I just spent a week in the Blackberry Springs cabin. We absolutely loved the cabin and hated to leave. The cabin was spotless and the kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals. The king bed was comfortable and the master bath was excellent. This cabin actually has a 1/2 bath in the pool room, which was a huge plus for us. The pool itself was a little on the cold side, but it was only 30°F outside during our stay. There is a mini split in the pool room that keeps the air temperature around 75°F-80°F. We used the hot tub more , but hope to return during the warmer months so we can get more use out of the pool.We had a surprise on our last night when loading up the car. A bear came passed by our cabin.

The proximity to the amazing arts & crafts community gives you something to do (should you be able to pull yourself away from the cabin) without the hustle & bustle of traffic. There are several very interesting shops & artisans that you would be remiss to pass up seeing. The only thing about the cabin we wished was different is that you couldn't adjust the heat in the pool room. I understand that it helps keep the pool warm but it can be a little stifling in there. Overall amazing & very relaxing stay

Excellent Time, Great Cabin!

All of the instructions for the cabin were very clear and helpful. The pool and hot top were amazing, especially with the projector and sound system in the pool room. Will definitely stay with elk springs again in the future.

The location of our cabin was close enough to town but yet far out enough to be away from the hustle and bustle. We took a 2 year old and 4 year old they loved the house and of course pool. I did wish there was a gate at the top of the stairs because it is directly across from the back door and worried they would fall coming in and out.

The pictures don’t do this place justice it was amazing and the pool was very nice. The best part is sitting on the back porch with a cup of coffee and not a kid around (LOL) would highly recommend staying here

We book this for our anniversary and we had kids screaming and yelling all around us. But other than that, the cabin was beautiful and the drives around there were great. Will be coming back

Was a little bummed because I felt paying for the pool was worth it, but we couldn’t hardly get our toes in it it was so cold, so didn’t use it or the theater in the pool room. Would have been glad to pay extra for pool heat.
