No matter the season, it's always summertime at Cloud Splash! This spacious 2-bedroom cabin is located just 2 miles from the Pigeon Forge strip. Relax in your own private indoor pool or soak your cares away in the outdoor hot tub. Let the kids splash away for hours without having to pack a cooler or pack the car. Snuggle up by the fireplace and watch your favorite movie. Prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen and play in the game room while waiting for the dinner bell. This cabin has something for everyone!

Upper Level
The 3rd level bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The game room has 3 game arcade systems featuring NBA Jams, Street Fighter, and Pac-Man. You will also find a queen over queen bunk bed, with bathroom access, for additional sleeping space.

Main Level
The main-level king bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with a vertical shower. The living room has a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space, armchairs, and a flat-screen TV. Cozy up by the electric fireplace or sit back and relax after a long day of hiking.

You will find a fully equipped kitchen and dining area on this level. Prepare all your meals with ease!

Lower Level
On the lowest level of the cabin, you will find the sizable indoor heated pool through a secured door. Lounge by the pool for some relaxation. If the muscles are tired after a long day of hiking or shopping, you can step onto the deck to relax in the hot tub.

Pool: approx. 16’ x 11’ and 5 feet deep on the deepest & 3 feet on the shallow end

Location: 10 miles to Gatlinburg strip, 2.5 miles to Pigeon Forge strip, 4.5 miles to Ripken Experience, 11 miles to the National Park

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really nice cabin, enough space for two small families. Loved the views since it was all the way at the top, one of the last cabins on that mountain. Would’ve love that it had more kitchen ware and chairs on the porch to enjoy the outdoors.

Overall a enjoyable experience and a nice property. It looked decently taken care of, and the game room was fun. A couple of things could have been better. The king mattresses in both bedrooms are past due to be replaced. Neither were very comfortable, a bit on the lumpy side. We had mixed experiences with the maintenance support. We reached out once to get the hot tub on, which went well. We also reached out to them as the pool was too cool to use. They did turn it up, from "78, to 82" is what he said, but their new thermometer, never broke 80, which is just too cold for young kids and old people to enjoy. That was a bit off putting, as they just came across like the 'water temperature police', and the pool for our younger kids was the main point of picking that property, so there's that. We only stayed 4 nights, so we didn't pursue the pool temp, as we had other activities planned too.

On arrival home seemed great top of the neighborhood a little congested but that’s expected with a lot of these cabin communities. Walked in and was greeted by a long dirt pile that wasn’t swept up or caused by something. Once we settled in started filling the fridge noticed it was warm and took an entire day to cool down so that eliminated our plans to grocery shop believe the host shuts the power down for cost savings. Went to swim in the pool which the pool room felt as if you were in a spirit Halloween store 7-8 lights were out with one that flickers on and off gives the fall Halloween effect for free. This pool had no chlorine tabs in the floater and smelled dirty pool company had to come out and re treat was told they were in on the last Tuesday but who knows they treated it and added an absurd amount of shock that never fully dissolved after that had been taken care of we brought some pizzas home Monday night set them on the range to then notice as we were going up for more there were mouse droppings all along the counters as we dug deeper it was throughout the entirety of the home we reported this issue as soon as it was noticed 10:21pm and into the next morning it took another message from me to get a response and no sense of urgency from the host around 7:20 the next night 2 people came to clean out all the rodent feces from only the kitchen area but it was throughout the home. Do yourself a favor and skip this company they can’t maintain a bicycle if they wanted to

While we acknowledge that some legitimate maintenance concerns arose during this stay, this review contains significant exaggerations and omits important details. The refrigerator was functioning properly before, during, and after this reservation. Loading it with room-temperature food and beverages requires time to cool. The accusation that we intentionally shut off power to save money is entirely false. Several pool room lights were affected by electrical damage from a recent storm. Repairs required invasive electrical work that could not reasonably be completed during an occupied stay. These repairs have since been completed. We also dispatched our pool service provider to address the water concerns. The rodent issue was first reported three days into the stay. We arranged professional pest control services. Unfortunately, pest treatments are not instantaneous, but the issue has since been resolved. Interestingly, despite describing the property as so unacceptable, these guests contacted us requesting to extend their stay. Our team made efforts to address their concerns throughout the reservation. After extensive communication, including eight calls involving Vrbo support, we ultimately refunded their remaining unused nights and requested that they depart. We take responsibility when issues arise and work diligently toward resolutions. Great place for family

We stayed here over our spring break. The checkin process was easy. Place was clean and spacious. Pool and hot tub were nice and the game room was fun as well. Nice views off the porches. Overall would highly recommend this place

Perfect Family Vacation

I’ve stayed in a number of cabins in the GSM. This one was my favorite! Great location, extremely clean and well maintained, everything functioned as it should, house provided all you need and views were beautiful. We had an amazing time! Absolutely would visit again! Loved this cabin! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Everything was wonderful. Comfortable beds, great game room, views were awesome as we are high up the mountain, quick ride to the Parkway, pool was lots of fun, speedy response from maintenance as we had one TV in the pool room that didn’t work upon arrival so they just replaced the TV. Owners are great to work with and would definitely rent from them again!

Great Property in Great Location

Amazing clean property with mountain top views close to hiking and attractions in Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg. We had a great time enjoying the surrounding area and then coming back to the large indoor pool and arcade games.

Beautiful views

The views were amazing. The cabin was clean. Daughter loved the indoor pool. Got to see a black bear right outside, very cool. We would definitely come back to this cabin.

Excellent location!

The cabin was exactly as described. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub and the game room was great for evening entertainment. The location is only a short drive away from the action of The Island and the rest of the Pigeon Forge strip.

Perfect spot

It was the perfect location for breathtaking Mountain View’s! My husband saw two bears and took amazing sunset photos. Our 14 year old enjoyed the game room and pool. We will definitely visit again!!

Cabin With a View

The cabin we stayed in has breathtaking views and we loved every minute of our stay. From the checkin process to the checkout process, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Having the indoor pool at the cabin was a favorite place to hangout after walking around in the heat. We will be looking into staying there again in the future.

Best Cabin yet

This Cabin was by far a family favorite. The kids had an amazing time and enjoyed every minute of the experience. We will book this cabin again in November. The cabin was super clean and in a great location with amazing mountain views. No issues with the booking and the communication through the process was A1!

Awesome

We had a great experience at this chalet. The check in process and app were very helpful and easy. The cabin is very nice, clean, and has amazing views. Love the deck/patios on every level, and the game room/loft area was perfect for the kids. We were in town a lot but were still able to get use out of the pool which was a nice feature.

Early Thanksgiving.

Cabin is all we really needed. I know there's much to do. But we stayed in enjoyed the cabin and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.
