Enjoy the activities at the Race track, and come back for relaxation. Plenty to do nearby as well. Osthoff Resort 6 minutes – American Club in Kohler 20 minutes - Whistling Straits (the 2020 Ryder Cup Golf Course) 35 Minutes. Enjoy the restaurants and shops of either Plymouth or Elkhart Lake (6 minutes away).
The two decks offer an outstanding view of Little Elkhart Lake. Enjoy a paddle in the canoe, the fire pit, or the paddle board even a bike ride-all are available for your enjoyment.

Gorgeous place!

My family went stayed here while in town for a Road America race. It was such a lovely home! Plenty of seating inside and out, the paddle boat was SO fun, and it was a very clean place with plenty of things to make you feel right at home! Can’t wait to stay again next year!!!

Amazing home on the lake!

Lovely, clean and beautiful home. Right across from Road America and it was perfect for our event this weekend. Next time we come we'll be booking this property again!

So Perfect

Karting weekend

Great house on the lake. Unfortunately didn’t have a lot of time to enjoy it. Amazing location with 2 min of road America!

Elkhart Lake

We were in town to attend the vintage race festival at Road America and we selected this property because it seemed fairly close to the track, although we didn't know exactly how close it was! The proximity to the track made this an excellent choice for us. The house was very clean and quiet and having a garage was a bonus. I would definitely stay here again!

Road trip

Comfortable. Close to both Plymouth, Elkhart Lake, & Road America. Lots of utensils for cooking, linens & outdoor equipment (including bikes).

Great stay

Great location. The lake is not over crowded and we had a great time enjoying the paddle boat and stand up paddle board. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space. The deck was a wonderful place to sit and relax. Kitchen was very well stocked. It was a pleasure to communicate with the owner very quick response to our questions. Would definitely return.

Relaxing

Five of us enjoyed a long relaxing weekend. We were close to Road America and downtown Elkhart Lake activities. Each bedroom was peaceful. The kitchen met all of our needs. We enjoyed many meals on the deck as well. Our hostess was helpful prior to our trip with any questions we had. Look forward to future visits.

This home was perfect!!! It was clean, spacious, comfortable & we did not need for anything!! The pictures were exactly how it was & our host was right there with any questions we had!! The deck was a perfect place to start & finish our day & the location for our plans that weekend was perfect!!! We will definitely be attempting to rent this home again if we are approved again!!!

We love Elkhart Lake

First time visitors to see IndyCar at Road America and picked this property on Little Elkhart Lake. Basically 1 mile from the track. You can actually hear the cars early in the morning when they start running the morning practice sessions. To start the communications from the property owner were timely and very clear. The house was so cute. Garage. Could sleep 6 easy, more if your are cozy or have kids. Well equipped with stuff to cook with. Clean. Very well decorated and great deck and lake views. Definitely recommend the property and Elkhart Lake in general. Such a nice area.

Great to be back

We were so glad to be back to this property for the 2025 MotoAmerica races at Road America—especially after missing out on booking this place in 2024!The house was just as we remembered: clean, cozy, and incredibly welcoming. It’s such a comfortable spot to unwind after a long day at the track. We ended up playing Battleship and Texas Hold 'Em during some of the downtime—really nice that there are games available to enjoy between races and dinner.The views are still unbeatable. There’s nothing like sipping coffee or a drink out on the deck and hearing the bikes from the track in the distance. It’s just far enough away to feel peaceful but still close enough to catch all the Road America excitement.If you're coming for Road America or just looking for a peaceful lakeside getaway, this place is a total win.

A Pleasant Time Away

We were so happy to find this "gem" of a place halfway between our hometown in Michigan and my daughter's home in Iowa. We took the car ferry from Ludington, MI to Manitowoc, WI which was a pleasant time saver. We all loved Elkhart Lake and took the canoe and paddleboat out for a short time on the lake. We caught fish off the dock and used the firepit nightly. The furnishings were excellent and comfortable. I would highly recomment this place for adults who have no mobility issues because there are lots of steps. The cottage perched above the lake had beautiful views and great decks to watch the wildlife. The nearby area of Sheboygan and Kohler were fun places to visit.

Vacation

This is a very clean property! The only thing i would recommend is adding a picture of the front of the house. This house has a lot of stairs. We had some in our party that can’t do a lot of stairs. We thought you enter the house on the ground level but actually the main level is on the 2nd floor. Other than that great property!

A Perfect Retreat for Road America Fans!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming property, and I must say it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a spotless and we'll maintained vacation rental. The attention to detail and cleanliness were truly impressive, making us feel right at home. Loved the selection of games!! The quaintness of the property added to its appeal. It had a cozy and warm ambiance that perfectly complemented the stunning natural surroundings. Waking up to the beautiful lake every morning was a treat for the senses. Whether we were enjoying our morning coffee on the porch or unwinding in the comfortable living area, we were constantly reminded of the beauty that surrounded us. The location couldn't have been more ideal for our visit to Road America. It was just a short drive away, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the thrilling atmosphere of the racetrack while still being able to retreat to the peacefulness of this rental afterwards. It was the best of both worlds! The check-in process was seamless and hassle-free. The property owner provided us with all the necessary information well in advance, ensuring a smooth arrival. It was such a relief after a long journey to be able to settle in without any complications. Overall, I cannot recommend this property enough. It's an absolute gem for anyone visiting Road America or simply seeking a serene getaway.

Lovely place to stay

It was centrally located to the wedding we attended. The town is very cute and had great coffee and restaurants. We would stay there again . Enjoyed the paddle boat , board and canoe. We had a fire everynight.

Very nice, comfortable place

We had five for an annual guys' trip. Sleeping accommodations were good. Kitchen area great. Nice grill and seating around the fire pit. We didn't have any use for the tiny lake the house is on, but the bigger one is only 10 minutes or so away — and that was cool, as it turned out, because it gave us a reason to go into town and hit a few spots we otherwise might not have.

Clean property with great communications with the property owner. Super close to Road America so running back and forth to the track during breaks was easy.
