Welcome to Music City Manor — a spacious Nashville retreat designed for gathering, relaxing, celebrating, and reconnecting.

Whether you’re planning a family getaway, a bachelorette weekend, a corporate retreat, or simply a few days in Music City, The Manor offers plenty of room to come together while still giving everyone space to unwind.

Entertainers traveling by tour bus are welcome — bring your bus; we have power available.

Enjoy silence or Reading Retreats, Sound baths . perfect for yoga retreats . Romance , private chefs , entertainment packages formal dinners, casual meals by the pool, morning coffee on the veranda, or evenings gathered around the table with family and friends. Our large gathering room features an 80-inch screen and billiard table, and guests can also enjoy our gym and meditation room.

The Manor is also a wonderful alternative to the traditional office or conference room. Bring your team together in a relaxed setting to think, brainstorm, plan, or simply spend time getting to know one another. It’s equally suited for families and soon-to-be families who want a comfortable place to gather during a special Nashville weekend.

A Few Important House Guidelines

We love families and children; however, due to the home’s multiple levels staircases and pool , The Manor is not recommended for children under 12.

Only registered overnight guests are permitted on the property unless additional guests have been approved by the owner in advance. Fees may apply .

Ellen is the house manager and our in house party planner. She can help plan your party , event or gathering. Fees will apply but you will speak to her direct so the fine details no not get lost . We reserve the right to approve or decline gatherings at our discretion but love to say "Yes" . You will see Ellen during your stay because she also attends the pool and potted outside plants , if you see her along the way , say Hi ! 😊
Guests who violate our occupancy, visitor, event, or house policies may be required to leave the property without refund. Illegal activity of any kind will not be tolerated.

Prior to arrival, the primary renter must complete and return our rental agreement listing all registered guests and provide a photo of the primary renter’s valid driver’s license.
