Host and manager were very communicative, patient and informative. Farm to table was phenomenal and the catering staff was so amazing to work with. Everyone was very accommodating, and we had a great time. The property itself is beautiful. Looking forward to returning!

Spacious family gathering

Wonderful spacious home for a family gathering. Loved the oversized kitchen and the property. The host was awesome! We were in town for my daughters wedding and now that she lives in TN we will definitely be back!

Annual family vacation

We had a large family group at Lyric Lodge for a week. The property, including the home itself, pool, and all the rest was just what we needed. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, glassware, silverware and everything we needed for cooking like pots, pans, baking sheets, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed the long table with enough chairs (and then some) to accommodate our entire group at mealtimes. It was also perfect for puzzles, card games, board games, and bracelet making by the kids. We made s'mores around the fire pit one evening. The kids also had fun in the shallow creek and feeding the animals nearby. A Publix as well as Wal-Mart were within an easy drive. We also made it to nearby Leiper's Fork and Franklin. All in all, a great family getaway the whole group highly recommends.

Nashville Family Vacation

Our family with adult children and grandchildren do a summer vacation somewhere different each year. This was a wonderful home base to explore Nashville, Franklin and surrounding area with the pool a great place for down time.

Christmas in July

We treasured the time together as an extended family and this house had so many outdoor gathering spaces! Every room was so comfortable and well done! We enjoyed all of the amenities - with the pool, pond, creek and hiking trails there was no need to go anywhere else for fun! The kitchen was well stocked to prepare all of our meals and we appreciated the good supply of towels. The dining area was such a great place to celebrate and be together:)

Exceeded expectations

This property and the owners exceeded our expectations! The house was beautiful, well maintained, extremely well stocked, and the layout was perfect for a large family gathering. The openness of the kitchen area was so nice, and the separateness of the sleeping areas was even better! The layout made it easy for younger kids to go to bed without being disturbed by older kids and adults. The pool area was large, spacious, and pretty. We loved the salt water pool (so much better than chlorine!). There was plenty of outdoor furniture for everyone and so many unique spaces for people to gather: pool area, upper porch with swings and chairs, brick patio with fire table, and even the creek just across the street had Adirondack chairs and a fire pit. The kids loved playing in the shallow cool water everyday and it was almost always shaded. The communication with Jason, the property owner, was quick and easy. He responded promptly and was always friendly and easy to work with. We scheduled time to visit his gorgeous farm area with many different animals, which was just a short 5 minute walk away. If you stay here, you must located the book that the owners made that shows the whole renovation process of the home. It was so cool to see how it started off and all the work and details they put into the property to make it as beautiful as it is. The thought and consideration put into this home is apparent throughout.

Fantastic property

We had a family reunion and the property was superb! Very clean, well stocked with kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc! Beds were very comfortable and plenty of pillows to choose from! Plenty of bath towels, wash rags and even had pool towels! Did I mention the pool was super clean, clear and heated?! Casual space with table and chairs along the creek made a great gathering place as well as a wonderful creek for the kids to play in! Owners or rather host, were very accommodating and ask us to text or call with any questions or request! Even took it upon themselves to invite us to bring the kids up to the animal petting area! Don’t know if anything that would have made it any better, unless they cooked our meals! Oh, by the way, they can invite you to a farm to table dinner! Thanks for providing us with a wonderful setting for our family reunion!

Fantastic Family Reunion or Vacation Property

We stayed here between Christmas and New Years with our four children and five grand-sons. Everything was perfect! There was plenty of room (both inside and out) for the kids to play without risk of breaking anything; we began most days with a short walk to visit and feed the farm animals; followed by fishing in the pond; then late afternoon bonfire, games and rock-throwing down by the creek. And after the little ones went to bed it was time for our evening pool tournament in the saloon with a nice fire on the adjoining patio. I also want to say that this is the best equipped property I’ve ever stayed at for meal prep. They had everything we needed to prep/serve 3 meals a day for eleven people. I highly recommend this property and will likely return sometime when it’s warm enough to take advantage of the swimming pool.

Grill was rusty. One of my granddaughters got stuck with a needle that was left in a drawer. Lounge chairs dirty. The steps are a little dangerous for Seniors.

Great Family Location

My wife and I took our children and their families to Gratidude Lodge and Inn and had a great time. There was plenty of space for each family to spread out and relax and plenty of space to have meals together and play games. We enjoyed the beautiful lodge and property, especially the pool. The kids also loved seeing and feeding the animals at the ranch. This was a great location for easy trips into Franklin.

Quiet Getaway

We had a wonderful experience staying here in June. There were 12 of us that stayed. Everything is so clean and comfortable. The pool is a wonderful gathering place for everyone. The kitchen is huge and such a terrific spot to make & have dinner with a large group. We enjoyed going to see the animals one day and the creek is lovely. We would gladly come back again!

Girls retreat

This property was absolutely stunning. I came with a large group of friends and we had a perfect weekend enjoying the property and the heated pool. The house was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully outfitted for any type of cooking/baking endeavors. I couldn't recommend this property enough!

Already planning next year

My friends and I had an amazing time at the GratiDude Lodge. The place was spotless, the property was beautiful and the pool was amazing. I echo prior reviews and recommend you rent the guest house as well if you want the property to yourself... we did. The guest house works great as an additional living room space and it's very close to the lodge. Jason and DeMarco were so friendly and responded to everything quickly. Such a cool spot, we're already talking about coming back next year.

Hidden Treasure

The property is very spacious, updated and clean. All the rooms are huge with new, comfortable mattresses and pillows. The saltwater pool is great and immaculately maintained. The owners were great at responding to questions and were very polite. They were very easy to get a hold of and accommodating. Especially to the kids when they let us come out to see the animals at the petting zoo. The property sits about 20 minutes from the nearest grocery store, so be sure to stock up to save yourself multiple trips to and from. Only blip of the stay is the wifi and cellular connection in the area is tough and not reliable. The owners provide a landline which helps a ton for calling out and conference calls, but only reliable wifi spot on your laptop is the saloon/game room. Will definitely look into renting again if the owners feel the same! Thank you again for allowing us to use your family friendly property.

Great Getaway

We had a fantastic getaway for 2 weeks hanging out by the creek and then by the pool all day. It was a great change of pace from Chicago. We were the first family to stay there since they had remodeled and a few things were still being fixed, but once those were addressed, everything was great. Internet and cell service isn't the best which wasn't a big deal but we did have work so I would use the land line for conference calls. The creek across the street was a great place for the kids to explore and once the day warmed up they were in the pool the rest of the day. If you want it to just be your family on the property, I would rent the entire main house, and then the small coach house as well. We will be back again and bringing family.

Our vacation at the lodge was perfect. Our family rented the entire lodge and the guesthouse for 7 nights. The pool was amazing, the hosts were friendly and accommodating. We will be back!

Somehow after living in Los Angeles for almost 10 years, we ended up in a little village called Leipers Fork and we never looked back! We toured as a band, Jason & deMarco, for over a decade and along the way we've made some smart investments. Purchasing a mini-farm, which we’ve called GratiDude Ranch, was definitely an unexpected chapter of our journey! We still sometimes wonder how we ended up on a farm in Franklin.

GratiDude Ranch bridges rustic charm and modern style. It’s a timeless place and once you enter, get ready for a magical experience. Founded in 2014 and now nestled on 25 acres of gorgeous hillside in the Fernvale area of Leipers Fork outside of Franklin, TN., GratiDude Ranch offers accommodations for up to 40 overnight guests, including a community barn area, a petting zoo with 20+ farm pets, creek frontage, a stocked pond and walking trails all minutes from Leipers Fork.

In 2019 we purchased an additional 15 acres adjoining to our ranch and opened Lyric Lodge & Inn at GratiDude Ranch. Purchasing this property has been a dream of ours since purchasing the ranch and it is allowing us to expand our services in so many ways. There is a creekside guesthouse that can be rented separately and sleeps an addional four guests. We also recently added on the Zen Studio which is a multi-use space great for spreading out and enjoying a movie night, using for retreats as a gathering area, doing yoga and the list goes on. The Zen Studio also offers 4 rollaway twin beds for extra sleeping when needed.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

deMarco is the Property and Event Manager for the ranch. He is an amazing chef. He hosts monthly farm-to-table dinners throughout the season and if his schedule permits he is happy to offer a private farm to table dinner for our guests upon request. (YOU DON'T WANT TO MISS IT IF HE IS AVAILABLE!). We also host a monthly Hillbilly Clue Murder Mystery dinner (www.hillbillyclue.com). deMarco's background is in hospitality and Health & Wellness. He is able to incorporate his passion for healthy food with his farm to table dinners. We book pretty far in advance, however, sometimes folks cancel last minute so if you are staying over a weekend of a farm to table dinner and are interested in attending please let us know ASAP. We sell out fairly quickly. If one of our events isn't happening during your stay, or deMarco isn't available, we always recommend great restaurants nearby.

Lastly, we run a non-profit off our ranch called "SAFE". We serve foster children and other families in need through several programs. A portion of all rentals go to support our non-profit. We're grateful for what we've been given, and when we get to share it with others, it simply makes our world happier. We live on our ranch site full-time with our twin sons, but our sleeping quarters are very private. You can have your privacy, or visit with us and our 27 farm pets as we work the ranch.
