The home is on a quiet street east of 1A (Ocean Blvd.), safe for kids to play and cross back and forth to the beach. Renovated in 2017, this home retains the charm of yesteryear while including today's amenities such as stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, flat screen TV, etc. The cottage has 5 bedrooms, 2 sunny enclosed porches, an updated kitchen, living room, laundry room, two indoor bathrooms, and a private enclosed outdoor shower house. The house sits on a nice grassy lot with room to play.

Unlike many rental properties, we provide everything you need for your vacation other than food and wait staff! Sheets, bath towels, beach towels are all included. The barn holds beach chairs and toys for your use. Even boogie boards and a kayak! Many additional amenities including washer/dryer, dishwasher, internet, cable TV, gas grill, air-conditioned bedrooms, gas stove, oven, etc. It truly is the perfect spot for a family get-way!
