Incredible ocean views! Enjoy cocktails on the deck or on the Adirondack chairs in the front yard watching the boats sail by. Walk or drive to Wallis Beach. Sometimes you can see seals sunning themselves on the rocks. Eat dinner watching the rolling waves. Year round enjoy the ocean relaxing in the comfortable 2nd floor living room and eat your meals watching the waves crash. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean in the private 3rd floor master bedroom suite and large windows that overlook the Atlantic Ocean. The first floor has a kitchenette, living area, full bathroom and 2 bedrooms with its own separate entrance and parking spaces. It is a short drive/walk to Wallis State Beach and a 10 minute drive to the excitement of Portsmouth, NH. Note: The only staircase is spiral.

Breathtaking views

The booking process was very easy, and Cynthia was quick to respond to my questions. The house was very clean and AC units were a plus on a couple hot days. We enjoyed dinner and sunsets every night. Easy walking to the beach with family. Beautiful property!

Great views and location

I rented the property in July, 2022. The house was easy to locate and the views of the ocean were spectacular. Good proximity to activities. Not a house for anyone with mobility issues or handicaps. The interior was a bit dated but functional. The only complaint was the lack of air conditioning in the downstairs bedrooms. It was uncomfortable during a hot summer week.

Lisa, Thank you for your review. We are glad that you enjoyed the spectacular view and proximity to activities. We apologize that there was an issue with the temperature in the lower level on that exceptionally hot week. There is a dehumidifier and fan on that level. Additionally we are consulting with an HVAC company about installing additional remedies to keep our guests comfortable. Thank you for taking the time to let us know because we want our guests to have a wonderful vacation.

Impressive View

The house was meticulously clean and had all the necessary amenities. The view of the ocean was incredible. We were there during a spectacular full moon. Being at a walking distance to Wallis beach was definitely a bonus. I loved everything about the house and location. The only two things I need to remark on is that the tub in the master bedroom upstairs had a leak when taking a bath. It leaked down to the pantry. This did not happen when taking a shower. It should definitely be looked at. The second issue, is the door on the main floor bathroom. The door locked when closed and could not be opened from the outside or inside. We had to take the door off its hinges to open it. I believe a new doorknob would resolved this problem. I am also wondering if a security deposit was taken and if so when will it be reimbursed. We had a lovely time and would most definitely recommend it.

We are proud to offer a very clean, comfortable beach house for our visitors. Had we known about those issues we would have immediately resolved them. The doorknob has since been replaced and the water resolved. If we are aware of any issues during your stay in the future we will do our best to remedy them immediately because providing the best experience for our guests is our goal.
