This gorgeous beachfront villa is one of the area’s most child-friendly properties, perfect for families with young children and wedding parties. Set against the backdrop of one of the Riviera Maya’s most enviable beaches and located just north of Tulum, Tropical Beach Villa is generously outfitted with six spacious bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, a large heated zero-entry level pool, and tons of beachfront furnishings—chaise lounges, palapa, and hammocks. It is, in a word, a dream.

You’ll have all you need for your stay at Tropical Beach Villa, including a fully-equipped kitchen, home office area, air-conditioned bedrooms and living room, and a rooftop observation deck. Personalize your stay with chef services (upon request), or make Tropical Beach Villa your return annual getaway with friends and family. Soliman Bay is a hotspot for snorkeling, paddle-boarding, and kayaking. Whatever your whim, Tropical Beach Villa is a place you’ll want to return to. In fact, most of its guests do.

Please note that this home cannot accommodate groups with more than 12 adults. Maximum Occupancy is 18 guests including children - 12 adults maximum.

We booked through Akumal Direct. They were fantastic to work with. Excellent communication and pre trip support that really made this a wonderful experience for the whole family. The Villa did not disappoint. Served our crew of 15 very well.

Fabulous

Gorgeous beach, small but lovely pool. Clean but slightly old fashioned rooms but perfect for a family. Excellent chefs and lovely areas for eating inside or outside. Excellent maid service and a wonderful manager. It could not have been better!

A great family getaway

9 of us came down for our son's 40th and niece's 30th birthdays. We had a blast, the house and staff were awesome, great beach with plenty of toys at our disposal. There is a great little bar nextdoor with pizza and happy hour from 3 to to 5 and a wonderful restaraunt within walking distance. We are talking about coming back for our daughter's 40th.

Beautiful Property in Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing stay here! There was a whole team to make sure we had everything we needed. Any problems that came up, they quickly addressed and remedied. They had groundskeepers that cleaned and kept the property immaculate. There was plenty of space and bathrooms for our group of 15. Having our own beach right outside the door and a beautiful swimming pool, just can't be beat. The kids all had so much fun. The house had kayaks, boogie boards, swim shoes, snorkels, towels, swim toys and so much more. It really made it so nice. We would love to return again someday!

Awesome experience in Tulum

Great place to be with our international family. We all came from different parts of the world like Us, Brazil, Denmark and Belgium. A paradise for kids and adults, with great restaurants within walking distance. Friendly service from the house keepers and house manager

Absolutely the Best!

11 adults and 3 small children in 1 house for 8 days! This home was wonderful for a family gathering, everyone had own room and bathroom, and we never felt crowded. The home is well stocked with outdoor equipment for snorkeling, paddle boarding, toys for children, life vests and I could go on. We had Chef David’s cooking service on several occasions and they were also fantastic and familiar with the kitchen. It was just wonderful.

Villa Margarita

We had a wonderful time at Villa Margarita. The location was quite but close to center of Tulum. The bay is beautiful with sandy bottom and a reef to protect it. Rooms were overall great and accommodated our 9 guests with room to spare. Rosa, our manager and Sara our caretaker were a delight and very responsive. Rosa’s recs on activities was spot on. We had an issue with a broken dishwasher but the staff responded by washing our dishes regularly. I’m sure it’s fixed by now.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Incredible property for a large group, with enough private space for a person to isolate, if needed. The description on LG is spot on. I’ll add these: competent child lock-ins for safety, fresh bottled water in every room, honestly enough snorkel gear. Owner leaves supplies like coffee and peanut butter for late arrivals. Linens and bedding are notably high-end. Our family did some serious bonding at this Villa.

Nice villa but needs some updating

Good sized villa, fabulous pool especially for children & great position with direct access to beach. Very well equipped with lots of beach/pool & snorkel gear. Pantry very well stocked with condiments & basic items. Villa was a little dated generally, cooker oven & fridge & freezer not working properly, although fridge was eventually fixed. Some furnishings well worn & some of bed linen (although clean) could do with being replaced. Sadly the sargassum was very bad during our stay but every day the men worked hard to clean as much as possible in front of the villa.

8 Days on Solimon Bay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was AMAZING!! This place is all about the location. Solimon Bay is unbelievable, a beautiful protected bay with snorkeling that will rival any tour that you could book. The house was perfectly equipped, comfortable beds, and large bedrooms with more than enough room for 15 people. Paco and Sara cleaned the house every day (except Sunday), raked the beach, folded towels, etc. What a gift to come back to a spotless house everyday. Scott (property manager and concierge) offered suggestions for excursions and local restaurants and was always spot on. Stopped by just to introduce himself and see if we needed anything. 24 hour security made you always feel safe. The house had everything like Kayaks, paddle boards, snorkel gear, life vests, balls, games, puzzles, bottled water in all the rooms and kitchen, etc. This house is everything you would want for a great multifamily vacation. I would stay here again without a doubt!

Greatest place for our family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely wonderful house! We were a family of 11 adults and 4 kids aged 6 mod to 6 years. The rooms were all spacious, and en suites in every room was fantastic. The house was well stocked with a ton of snorkel gear, pool toys, towels, kayaks etc. Also well appointed with spices, coffee etc, perhaps due to previous renters leaving surplus behind. Location is awesome. Quite secure and private. The beach was great, with groomed sand and snorkelling not too far out. Lots of seating outside.. beach and patio. Even the shaded front of the house has seating. The hit of the week was the pool. The kids have their own shallow end which was awesome. It let them be involved yet independent. Their confidence grew through the week to the point where they got comfortable on the pool toys in the deep end...supervised of course. Only glitch was thinking the property was named Tropical Beach Villa, when in fact it is named Margarita Villa. Would 100 percent re-rent this property!!!!

Relaxing Stay

Three families with four kids and two grandparents had a great time here! Housekeeping service was provided daily. Sara and Paco were great! They made the beds and took out the trash in addition to cleaning surfaces and floors. The place was well stocked with supplies. There were plenty of towels, life vests, snorkels, kayaks, a paddle board, boogie boards and tons of water shoes. There was plenty of sunscreen leftover. No need to bring anything but swimsuits. We found that there were small pockets of reef life just beyond the red bouy that had some incredible fish to see while snorkeling. There is an outdoor fridge with plenty of beer and wine left by other guests. The bar in the living room is stocked with all sorts of liquor. There is ketchup, mustard, Mayo, salsas, creamer, juices, eggs all unexpired in the fridge. The condiments are mostly opened so use at your own risk. In the pantry there was a few assorted canned goods and a few unopened jelly and peanut butter. There is plenty of ground and whole bean coffee and coffee filters. Nothing was expired. When you go grocery shopping make sure you bring your own bags and tip the baggers in pesos. The cookware is good quality non stick and there were plenty of dishes! The oven should be used with caution as it doesn’t quite heat up quickly. We used Dave’s chef service recommended by the agency. Highly recommend! Our only complaint is the road leading into the Soliman Bay is very bumpy. We had an amazing stay otherwise!

Amazing!!

This place was absolutely amazing. There was 17 of us and plenty of rooms and beds. Rosa and Paco and Sarah were so helpful we loved it there and will be back!

We spent almost all our time outside around the pool or on the beach. Both were beautiful. The grass was bad while we were there but they did a valiant job of trying to keep it manageable. Rosa, Paco & Sara are the best!!! The house was cleaned everyday. Beach supplies amazing. A lot of snorkel equipment. There is plenty of booze and other staples already there. No need for Beanutbutter or jelly!!! Highly recommend!!!
