Everything was wonderful! Fully equipped beach house had everything we needed. Beautiful views of the beach and gulf. Host was wonderful to work with. Looking foward to visiting again!

Perfect location, out the front door and onto the sand. BEAUTIFUL sunsets, dolphin, manatee and turtle sightings. The owner was very responsive to questions and had great recommendations for area restaurants and beaches. Beach towels and chairs provided. The bed was super comfortable, too. We will be back!

This is our second time staying here and we find it very charmingThe condo is clean, offers many amenities and we love the direct access to the beachWalking distance to a few restaurants. We loved that we never had to move our car and were just able to have a Relaxing vacation. If we had a Wish list, I would ask for a dressing mirror in the bedroom and an exhaust fan in the bathroom. We will be back again Barb & Gary

Absolutely perfect!! Literally steps to the beach. Very clean. Great amenities. Chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, stocked kitchen and more. Would definitely stay over and over again.

Location is unbeatable. Loved waking up in the morning and eating breakfast looking at the ocean. Steps to the water. Absolutely to die for. Everything you could possibly need. Loved the deep sink in the kitchen. The only things i would nitpick. I love a shower with a detachable head, especially at the beach. Kitchen is a little tight if you want more than one person in it at a time. The bed was a little uncomfortable. All that being said, i would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. My fiance agrees.

The place is immaculately decorated and clean in the PERFECT location. It is very well stocked with all the supplies you need to cook if you desire, but it is also very close to area restaurants. A very relaxing atmosphere and everyone was extremely friendly. This is on the top of our list to visit again

Very nice location. Open your door and walk right out on the beach. Mostly private beach-almost all to yourself which is very nice. Located close to everything. They have everything you may need to take with you to the beach. They have thought of everything.

We have been coming to Manasota Key for years and wasnā€™t sure what to expect after the hurricane. However, Island Breeze was perfect. Great location on the beach with an unobstructed view of the gorgeous Gulf. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. There are sadly still a lot of damaged properties along the beach but the progress has been amazing. I would definitely rebook with Island Breeze if available.

This house & surroundings provided the peace & calm I was looking for. Very close to all the restaurants, which made life here easy. The sunsets on the porch was breathtaking. Definitely will be back!

### Review for Pat and Jack on VRBO Our stay at Pat and Jack's place was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well-equipped the unit was. It had everything we neededā€”chairs, umbrellas, a fully stocked kitchen, utensils, sunscreen, bug spray, and even towels. The beach is just steps away, making it super convenient for daily visits. We were lucky enough to see dolphins and manatees right from the shore, plus we had a great time hunting for shark teeth and shells! There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby, so dining out was a breeze. What really set this stay apart was Pat and Jack themselves. They are truly wonderful people who go above and beyond to ensure their guests feel welcome. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner, and their kindness made our experience even better. I can't say enough good things about this place! We can't wait to come back for another amazing vacation. A solid 10 out of 10 stay! Thank you again for making our summer unforgettable!

Perfect location

We were in the area specifically to find sharks teeth and this was a great location for it. The beach was literally right out the front door and we did find several teeth at the beach here! Our neighbor found several just walking around the parking lot! The place was clean and had chairs/umbrella/cooler provided so whether you stayed on this beach or decided to drive to any other nearby beaches you would have everything you needed for a great day! We drove up to Manasota beach as well to look for teeth and found even more teeth there! This was a great spot to base yourself while you explore all the nearby beaches known for sharks teeth! The space was clean and cute! We really enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs on the porch each evening to watch the sunset! The host was super friendly and very quick to respond at any point from the booking process all the way through or stay! We definitely hope to be able to book here again in future!

Wonderful getaway

Excellent place for two on the Gulf of America. Nice quaint condo on the beach with wonderful opportunities for gorgeous sunsets, weather pending of course. Plenty of shells and sharks teeth to be found on the beach even in the off months. Look forward to visiting this rental again

Great stay - access and convenience being directly on the beach and short walk to the bay was really nice. Hosts Pat & Jack provided everything we needed - plenty of space and comfortable and clean. Super view out the living room window. Our 2nd time and weā€™ll be back.

Condo on the beach

Excellent beach location.Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. Swam or floated in the ocean every day. Beach usually had about 6 to ten people on it plenty of room to relax. Everyone friendly and quiet at nite! We are older so this was great! Condo itself clean and comfortable with walkin shower. AND VERY ERLL EQUIPPEDGood aircon superb ocean view

Chill Little Getaway

We stayed for 4 breathtaking sunsets right on the gulf side in Manasota. We could tell the landscaping was freshly done and well cared for. The unit of this condo was emaculately furnished with all the ne complete with all necessities

Beachfront in Englewood

Highly recommend this location for beach lovers. Youā€™re 2 steps from the sand. Also walking distance to several great restaurants with outdoor dining. The only complaint was lack of good beach chairs as we canā€™t travel with those. Should be automatic to include them. Iā€™d also recommend an outdoor shower or hose to eliminate a lot of the sand.
