"Peaceful & Private in Perdido Key” is a quite, renovated beachfront condo located in Perdido Key, Florida with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico from nearly every room, thanks to it's open floorplan. Our 2 bedroom and 2.5 bath property sleeps 8 and has been recently remodeled into a modern, minimalist getaway that is designed to put your mind at ease. Kick back and relax on our quiet stretch of the beach, in our comfy home and private decks.

"Peaceful and Private in Perdido Key" is in a quiet 6-unit building, Solana Shores, with over 100 yards of private beach. Right next to the ocean, Solana Shores is nestled between single-layer residential homes and a 2 mile state park full of sand dunes, sea oats and natural wildlife - wonderful beach strolls! You will feel like this is your very own beach - perfectly private and peaceful even during busy times! The second best feature of Solana Shores is that it's just steps from the ocean, the views are perfect from the deck (and just about any room in the condo), and the ocean sounds easily sooth you to sleep. Plus, with only 6 units, there is no long waits for elevators - as there are only stairs. Only thing you have to wait on is the sun to set. And our top corner unit faces west so it's easy to kick back on our private deck and bathe in the setting sun.

Perdido Key, aka "Lost Key", is one of Florida's best kept secrets! Perdido means "lost" but it's magic won't be lost on you. Located between Pensacola, FL and Orange Beach, AL, Perdido Key is a barrier island that is still fairly private and not fully developed, yet it has modern conveniences and restaurants to enjoy. With pristine, hourglass beaches and emerald blue water, Perdido Key is likely to become your next favorite vacation destination. High quality finishes with quartz countertops in the kitchen, granite in bathrooms, and sliding "barn" doors for some of the closets.
New furniture and bedding - comfortable to relax.
Large and open kitchen - fully stacked and well appointed, additional ice maker, large capacity stainless steel fridge and dishwasher.
Master - comfortable queen, day bed and trundle
2nd Bedroom - 2 sets of bunkbeds with pull out mattress to sleep 5. (*Extra! 2nd bedroom has beautiful views of Ole River, passing boats and colorful sunsets too!)
Full sized laundry - washer and dryer.
Bring your own beach towels, please.
Bed linens and bath towels are included.
Wireless and TV apps provided
Guests may use any available condiments, spices, oils, soap, etc that is out and available

Summer is rented weekly, Saturday to Saturday for the months of June, July & first half of August. Outside those months, we have a 4 night minimum with any day being your check in. We are open to renting monthly for the months of November, December, January and February.
