Welcome to our Premier condo in Helen right on the River! Our beautifully decorated, cozy home was just painted throughout in March and we are installing a new modular sofa bed, updated bar stools and hanging cafe lights on the deck the first week of April. Our home is an impeccably clean 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is your perfect getaway. It comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 2 in the living room. It is Nestled in the heart of the charming Bavarian town of Helen, GA, you’ll be just a short stroll away from delightful shops, delicious restaurants, the thrilling mountain coaster, and fun tubing adventures. Plus, you’re only a 20-minute drive from breathtaking hiking trails and waterfalls. For fishing enthusiasts, there’s trout fishing just 50 feet from your doorstep. Come and experience the magic of River life! We have so many fun activities in Helen, there are now  indoor Pickle Ball courts on Escowee Drive. there is Yonah Mountain, Jumping goat cafe and winery, zip lining, tubing, fishing, Horseback riding, and you can even pet a capybara at the capybara cafe to mingle with the little rascals. There is fun for everyone!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin. The location was excellent very close to all the shops & places to eat in Helen but still very quiet. The river in the backyard you could hear from the screen porch was a wonderful bonus. I would definitely stay here again if we returned to Helen.

The location was perfect. Communication was very fast. We loved looking out at the river in the mornings. It was very nice to have a designated parking space in a busy area where you have to pay to park in public parking. We don’t always love the bed where we stay, but we loved this one! It was so comfortable and we didn’t wake up with achy backs or necks. A lovely stay for sure!

We loved our stay at River Life! It was a wonderful location and we were able to walk everywhere with our two babies in the stroller and leave our car at the property which saved us from having to get in and out and pay for parking. The condo itself was very clean and spacious and the screened in porch with the river view was perfect for our little crew to hang out on and enjoy. We loved walking to the playground to get our energy out and it is just a short stroll from the property. We will definitely stay again!

My Wife and I have loved Helen and the river for many years and decided to make this our second Home and share it will friends and family. We are the owners and been hosts for almost 5 years and really enjoy being a Host and knowing our guests are enjoying our home! We just listed another wonderful 2 bed room 2 bath property in the same building so you can bring even more friends and family please inquire so we can check the calendars!!

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

After many viewings we decided on this home because of the location, unobstructed views and being in down town HELEN making it close enough to walk. It also has an elevator for our older family members. In our opinion the best maintained property of this type in Helen and have admired it for years. The property had a new roof installed in 2021 and the exterior of all the building just painted in late 2023. All our owners love their properties and it shows!

Has an elevator for those that do not like to navigate stairs, it is right in downtown Helen so it is within walking distance to everything and has private river access and a screened in deck overlooking the River that we Love!
