We didn’t visit the vineyards, but the cabin is perfect! So cozy and a great view of the lights in Helen. Property management was amazing and so helpful with communication

Very peaceful relaxing getaway

The place is beautiful! We really enjoyed the modern treehouse vibe that exudes from the chalet.

Beautiful Place

My partner, a couple friends and I stayed here for AVF and this was the perfect location with just the right amount of space for us. Beautiful mornings, comfortable beds and patios were perfect to enjoy the night time vibes, with the front being in perfect view to see the stars.

The Black Bear Chalet was a cool little place in Helen to stay. Very well decorated and put together inside, clean, and comfortable. The view off the back of the house was perfect. Woods and trees. The kitchen was furnished with EVERYTHING you need and some generous donations left over in the pantry (Spices, coffee, tee, etc.) I would certainly book here again!

Super cute condo located in nature. It was clean and the room set up was great. Loved all the outdoor seating! We went for Oktoberfest and were hoping to walk to the downtown area. The distance wasn't bad, but the road was very windy, very steep and very dark at night. Overall, a good experience.

The cabin was amazing! Great location and most of cleanliness. We had a great time, will book again. One thing to mention is that the master bed was a little uncomfortable, but not a deal breaker for sure.

Great Cabin!

Everything looked brand new. It was very clean and quiet. We walked to town once, but the hill was a little steep. It was a short ride, though. It was a little confusing dealing with the management company, but everything got figured out eventually.

Taking our granddaughter and her friend to Helen for Octoberfest. Everything about the house was great except television would not work. Would certainly like to stay again in this same house.

Weekend Getaway

We were beyond impressed with this property! It far exceeded our expectations. The location was super convenient and the space was so cozy and every corner there was a little word of encouragement. The dwcor was beautiful. The set up was wonderful while traveling with a teeneager and a toddler. We took cards and WILL be returning for future stays without doubt! Would recommend 10 out of 10!

Beautiful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is roomy, clean and just beautiful, with a great view looking down onto Helen. It's obvious that there was a great deal of care and attention to detail put into the remodel and decor. The hosts were very gracious, always responding to any questions we had within an hour or less. The location is at the top of a long, steep hill, so we opted to drive into Helen as opposed to walking, but never had a difficult time getting around or finding places to park. We'll definitely be back!

Serenity in a cabin!

This cabin was exactly how the pictures depicted. It was clean, quiet, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with any pan, dish, utensil, or pitcher that could be needed. The beds were comfortable and cozy. The porch off the loft was my favorite spot. Everything was newly updated and beautiful! It is decorated beautifully from floor to ceiling. Ceiling fans in every room. It was a perfect location and we will be back!

Coffee pot was too small. No TV. Broken can opener. Otherwise otherwise to stay was great. not really walkable. There was no Safeway to get down into the city without driving.
