This two bedroom unit is newly furnished, with new wood flooring, fresh paint, and new stainless steel appliances. Beautiful views from the balcony off of the den and master bedroom. Washer/dryer conveniently located in the unit. The Den has a large flat screen TV, lovely view of the beach, and a very comfortable sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a king bed, large flat screen tv, with an entrance to the balcony. The guest bedroom has 2 Queen beds, and a flat screen TV. We request Saturday to Saturday bookings in June and July. We offer free beach set up, one beach umbrella and two reclining chairs from Sunset Rentals, a savings of $210 for you. Great restaurants nearby, as well as grocery and Target store.

Condo was rundown overly priced

Condo was ok but not worth the price. The owner is selling the condo so therefore they are not putting any money into the unit. Dinning room table was broke along with a couple chairs. Outdoor furniture on balcony was worn and dirty. Stains on couch pillow, refrigerator was not level and when you open the door and you were not holding on, it will slam

This place is old and it shows. Very little has been done to update it. The AC is weak, it puts at cold air but at a very slow rate so it stays hot at night. Every piece of furniture is uncomfortable. The refrigerator is small and doesn’t cool adequately. The owners will try to tell you ahead of time that you are loading the fridge wrong, but it’s just a cheap fridge. The dining room table top isn’t attached to the frame. Its just a matter of time before someone gets hurt. The water heater is tiny. To claim accommodations for six people, it doesn’t cut it. The sink in the master suite stayed clogged. You can’t really brush your teeth with coming close to overflowing. The toilet also has a weak flush. On the other hand STAR Management was very helpful. I appreciate that they were willing to provide us fresh linens and towels at the mid point of my stay since the washing machine also didn’t work for the first five days. They were also quick to try and assist with the several faulty wall sockets. Hats off to these folks. They work hard.

Will Be Back Again

My stay was absolutely amazing. The condo was My day and clean. It was a very friendly atmosphere. Everybody there was very helpful and they also replied or called me back in a timely fashion. There were never any issues with the reservation and with checkout and anything that I needed in between the property was amazing and I will be back again

Fall break

We had a good stay in this Destin condo for fall break. Room was clean and had everything we needed. The location was great and very short walk to the boardwalk leading to the beach. My only complaint with the condo complex was the pool being kind of a walk from tower 1. All in all though, it was a great stay and we would stay here again. The owner was very quick to respond and communicated well. Thanks for a great condo!

They stay was wonderful!! Great location!! Only downfall it was really hot in the condo! We had maintenance to check out the ac under said that everything is working great. It was really hot stuffy the air coming out of the vents wasn’t strong enough to cool down the condo!

This place is Amazing

We had everything we needed for our stay less then 5 mins away. The Beach was a 5 min walk. It was great for small children. My Son had a blast.

A Week in Destin

Condo was pretty much as advertised. It was functional; however, it was not up to the standard condo we have been accustomed to renting. Unit needed updating and could be beautiful with a few changes. The first thing we noticed as we walked through the door was the dirty rug in the living room. It was really filthy. The floors themselves were beautiful, but that rug needs to be replaced ASAP. I think that Condo is old, and the work being done on the outside of the buildings looks great. I believe this could be a beautiful place with each unit being required to update. If one is just looking for a place to stay right on the beach, then this may be suitable. Otherwise, I would look elsewhere for a more modern unit. One other thing: when we arrived after 5 pm, the security guy met us with a packet as promised. He never spoke or offered any kind of greeting. When we parked outside our unit and looked inside the packet, there was no information whatsoever on how to get into the unit. We drove back to the front gate, and was completely ignored by the security guy. He walked right past us to the car behind us. As we just sat there he finally acknowledged we were there and we asked him if there was a key or code to get into the apartment. He said he did not know anything at all about that and started walking off. He turned back around and said we probably had an email that was sent that day that would tell us, and we did. That guy was just plain rude.

Great view! Wonderful pool!

Super comfortable beds, spacious condo with a view of the shoreline. Small hiccup upon check in which was resolved by the responsive office staff. The pool was fantastic-warm and definitely large enough for the complex size. It would have been nice to know that the three towers are all undergoing a huge exterior renovation which appears as if it will be ongoing for quite a few more months. Some of the windows in this unit are covered in blue protective wrap, which impedes the view. The windows that face the ocean are not covered, so the view that way is clear and gorgeous. During the workweek construction noise (grinding of exterior walls and swapping out huge windows) began at 740 am and ended around five. It was difficult to work remotely inside the unit given the noise and work being done on a shared wall with the adjacent unit. The ambient noise was loud and hard to escape even near the pool. Thankfully the weekend was quiet. Obviously this is not on the owners control, and is clearly a difficult situation. It should have been mentioned in the listing, however. A quick look at other listings in this complex showed me some owners of other units did mention the construction project. Location was super, nearby restaurants were fun to explore. Would stay again once the construction wraps up.

Anniversary celebration

The condo was perfect! Clean, comfortable and great views of the Gulf from living room and master. Soft, white sandy beach and beach setup everyday was great! Loved the location and all the amenities at Shoreline Towers. Will definitely stay here again next trip to Destin!

The beach is the best Therapy!

Great stay with my sisters. First time for all of us but one to stay in Destin! We truly enjoyed our time and had everything we needed. The beach chairs were a true bargain with the property! I appreciate not having to lug my own on the trip. . Looking forward to next year!

Beach getaway

We enjoyed the view from the nice and comfortable condo but spent most of our time in the heated pool and the beach, with its beautiful white sand. Convenient location too. We had a good week...it was hard to leave.
