Perfect for groups and families, private spaces feature individually designed guest rooms as well as shared spaces in living room and enclosed porch. Enjoy the coastal breeze while you take in the beautiful sunrises and sunsets on the porch or deck overlooking the beach with expansive views of the Long Island Sound. Complimentary Wi-Fi included.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire beach house, including all bedrooms, living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen. Downtown New Haven is about 10 minutes away, with plenty of dining, shopping, and cultural attractions. Whether you're exploring locally or venturing into the city, transportation options are plentiful!



The house is about 10 minutes from downtown New Haven and the Union train station. There is Uber available.
