And we knew when we found this corner Gulf-front Penthouse with wraparound balcony, providing panoramic views of not just the turquoise waters and sugar-white sands of the magnificent Gulf of Mexico, but also the picturesque Santa Rosa Sound, that we had found something incredibly special. And we are pleased to share our beautiful, spacious and luxurious condo with those who appreciate it as much as we do.

Step inside the door and gaze toward that view–isn't that why you came? Step outside on the wraparound balcony and breathe in the fresh sea breezes. Hear the waves beckoning you to walk barefoot in the surf....can you even wait to unpack?

The glass windows on two sides of this corner unit, allow lots of light to flood this open-concept floor plan with upscale furnishings and amenities that make this a premier choice for your vacation getaway. The large granite kitchen features a breakfast/serving bar complete with seating for two, while the sophisticated dining table seats another four. The "Tommy Bahama" style decor with dark wood and plush furnishings, contrasts beautifully with the light tile floors and bright, airy atmosphere. No pets allowed.

Step into the expansive master suite and enjoy your own private entrance to the large balcony. Sleep in comfort or curl up on the king bed to watch your flat screen TV. The private bath features a jetted tub and walk-in shower.

The Queen guest room also features a private bath and flat screen TV, and provides glimpses of the Santa Rosa Sound across the street. The third bedroom is perfect for the kids with a flat screen TV, DVD, and bunks with full on bottom and twin on top, providing room for three and private access to the hall bath.

Sea Dunes is a six-floor complex with elevator and features a beautiful pool. We provide beach service with this unit from March to October so you can enjoy the luxury of two of your own private chairs and umbrella. If you forget any supplies, there is a 24-hour convenience store next door, so you never have to leave!

Fort Walton is just across the bridge from Destin, so you are close to everything here. The Fort Walton Downtown Business and Entertainment District offers shopping, dining, arts, nightlife and year-round events at the lovely waterfront park, adjacent to the main streets of town. Watch the Dolphin and Sea Lion shows at the Gulfarium. Explore the Indian Temple Mound Museum in the heart of historic downtown Fort Walton Beach. Catch dinner or breathtaking sunsets from the Okaloosa Island Pier, stretching 1262 feet into the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico–no fishing license required! Or relax with wood-fired steaks and seafood at the beachfront Black Pearl Restaurant.

Want to explore the area? Take a short day trip to nearby Pensacola and tour the National Naval Aviation Museum. And if aviation and the military peaks your interest, check out the Air Force Armament Museum at Eglin Air Force Base.
