THE SPACE
The main living area offers a cozy mountain setting with comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and easy access to the lake-facing outdoor spaces. The cabin has been updated while still keeping the warm, relaxed character of a classic Big Bear retreat.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, basic cookware, dishes, utensils, a dishwasher, and a standard coffee maker, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay.

Outside, Lakefront Bear Cove offers three decks with beautiful views of Big Bear Lake. Relax in the private hot tub, fire up the propane BBQ, or spend time along the shoreline and private beach area.

The home also includes a fenced dog run adjacent to the cabin, making it a convenient option for guests traveling with dogs.

The loft bedroom is accessed by a spiral staircase and features three Twin beds, while the main bedroom offers a King bed with a Purple mattress and private bathroom.

GOOD TO KNOW

Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome for $35 per dog, per night, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please keep pets off furniture and beds, and bring a pet bed for their comfort. No cats, please.

Baby Equipment
A Pack 'n Play and highchair are available upon request for a delivery and pickup fee. Please arrange in advance.

All homes come with cozy blankets, fresh towels & linens. Our dedicated cleaning crew has prepared this vacation home for your arrival & will clean upon your departure.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware, dishes, utensils, and a standard coffee maker making it enjoyable to prepare meals during your stay. Food and pantry staples are not supplied.

What we provide
Basic essentials for the kitchen, linens, towels, bar soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided.

Lake Access
Guests may enjoy direct lakefront access, the private beach area, and use of the private boat dock, subject to current lake conditions and seasonal water levels. Water levels may affect dock access, and the dock may not accommodate all boats.

Launching motorized or non-motorized boats from the property is not permitted. Pleasure Point Marina is nearby for launching. Guests may not access neighboring private docks.


GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Guests must comply with Big Bear Lake's Good Neighbor Policy and applicable local vacation rental regulations.
Quiet hours begin at 10 PM throughout Big Bear
