HH vacay

We enjoyed our time in Hilton Head. The townhome was well equipped with everything we needed. The air condition quality needed some improvement, the rooms seemed warmer than I liked. The home presented as clean, some deep cleaning needed. The home was close to the beach and a bike ride away to attraction.

Fabulous Family Condo

This condo was very spacious, nicely decorated, clean, close to the pool, and 5 minutes from the beach. Beautifully maintained area and walking/biking paths. All of my questions, before and during our stay were answered in a professional, timely manner. We highly recommend., and hope tknreturn

Hilton Head Hideaway

Several of us came for the Hilton Head Marathon. This rental is on a beautiful property, super clean, quiet, and great location. There are many nice restaurants and shopping close by and we were able to get to the Marathon start line super easy too. Thank you.

Family visit

Great location. Kitchen was a little sparse as far as equipment. Usually places we stay have spices salt/pepper. Some have a day or 2 of coffee. This kitchen was bare. There were crumbs on the stove and counter. Otherwise a nice place

Will not stay here again

First Impressions were great. Upon spending some time in this property, we noticed that it has not been kept up. No stopper in old shower, sink clogged in bathroom. Pots, pans and cooking utensils were old and worn out. Sheets were not clean and carpets had not been vacuumed.

Was a neat place. Needs some TLC for sure. We had enough space for us and the 2 bathrooms were convenient. Whomever cleans needs to do a better job. There were some dirty dishes put away. Floors not mopped. Also if yiu stay you will need all your beach supplies none provided. Not much to start off with . Bring extra TP, trash bags, shampoo conditioner and all cooking supplies. Dryer doesnt work well. Grill was broke but you can use a lighter. Probably wouldnt stay here again

House was clean and had plenty of space. The air conditioner went out while staying at the house. It was quickly fixed but still made for an uncomfortable day as the temps reached 93. Even after it was fixed it took awhile to come back down.The upstairs room with two beds the ceiling is really low above the beds. My son hit is head every day. It isn’t listed and when asked I was told they didn’t know but the house has a regular coffee pot (not a Keurig).

I want to preface this review that I am a property owner who rents out homes on a regular basis to tourists. I've done this for 15 years and am well aware of where the bar should be placed for vacation rentals. My expectations are high because I know what others expect when spending their hard earned money to relax for a week. I've also traveled to HHI multiple times a year for the last 10 years. I am familiar with the island, price points for our budget, and what other condos have to offer value wise. That being said, this place is not it. We walked in to find filthy floors, itchy bed linens, broken furniture, and dirty dishes in the cabinets. Vacasa did send someone to re-mop the floors, which we appreciated. Also, the property had caterpillars everywhere. I woke up to one crawling on me. The property manager was kind but limited in what she could/should do. I believe this property photographs well but once you arrive you see that the place is very dated and dingy. Is it a dump? Not at all. But is it worth the cost of the condo when there are many other nicer, newer, CLEANER options? Also, no. We will not stay here again. I've left a longer review on Vacasa's website as VRBO limits you to 1500 characters. I hope the owners will take our thoughts into consideration to provide a top notch experience for their guests. This place has huge potential but our experience was very disappointing.

Family trip

Went for a family trip before school starts back. Took a few teenage boys. This was our second stay in this home. We love it for the size and proximity to the pool and beach. Overall, this is a great spot. The home is well used and could benefit from a few tweaks. The grill igniter doesn’t work and to grill I had to use matches to light it. The kitchen is stocked with a few dishes, pots, etc, but only had 7 forks. We were constantly washing them and bought some plastic ones. The bathrooms need a good cleaning and new shower liners as the ones there were moldy. There was trash under a dresser “a maxi pad”. We found this when cleaning the room up to leave. Definitely did not belong to one of the teen boys! The fridge and freezer were minimally cold. This was quickly addressed but the freezer never really recovered until out last day there. It finally made ice and froze the bottles of water, but the ice cream and gogurts stayed soft. The unit will stay cool if you keep the fans running and all of the curtains and blinds closed. I feel that for the price, all of these things are minimal. I would stay here again. Just be prepared that if you are trying to minimize eating out and you stock the fridge, try not to open it for at least 2 days so that it can work like it needs to.

Summer get away

My family and a friend's family stayed at this place and the best thing I can say about this property is that it was big enough! When we arrived the air had been on and it was so hot! I called and got in touch finally with someone who said they would have someone out to the house the next day. This was Saturday. She said she would right a ticket and have someone out as soon as Sunday. We continued to try to get in touch with these people until Tuesday when we did get one of them on the phone. We explained that it was the ceiling fan not the AC. As poorly as the AC was it was working as hard as it could. Wednesday they sent out a AC repair man. We apologized and told him that it was not the AC it was the ceiling fan. Tuesday evening they sent over a box fan. The lady told us on the phone that she would reimburse us for the day and explained to her that I had called on Saturday and she quickly said she would give it to her boss. I haven't heard from anyone. We had 8 towels, 8 washcloths, and 8 hand towels. one for each of the guests. We had to do a lot of washing! The beds were old and squeaky! The pots and pans were all small and there were never the size that we needed. We only had one smart TV so only the King bed room could use Netflix, Amazon, or Disney+. I didn't expect to be in such close contact with our neighbors. We had a great week in SC but the house had nothing to do with it! I have been renting with VRBO for years but will definitely be looking at other avenues.

October Review

Pretty spot on with the description. Great location, easy to get to, and check-in was seamless. The distance to the beach was very manageable and the rental was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom cleanliness could have been a little bit better and the available beach chairs need to be thrown away (old and rusted). Overall it did the job just fine!

Great stay!

We loved our house! Lots of space for our family. The only complaint I have is that there isn’t an upstairs bathroom and the tub in the master bath was slow to drain. We would definitely stay there again

Great Week

This house was so nice. The patio is new, we grilled, bought our own lawn chairs out and enjoyed it all. The pool could have been cleaner. The property needs to work on that. The kitchen nice, bedroom size perfect. They thought of everything you would need. There was a large fan in the closet...we used it! Luggage racks like in the hotel. It was great. Thank you for providing a clean and comfortable place. Make sure to rent some bikes, so much fun. Would definitely rent again!!!!!

Property ok but don’t look too close

The condo fit our needs - the right bedrooms and closeness to beach was great. But, it appears that the owners don’t spend a lot of time here . The new deck was great to use but I would not want to see it in a few years - there aren’t and posts and the railing will be very wobbly as it weathers. We found some of our devices wouldn’t charge in certain outlets and we had checked the breaker. The fixtures in the bathroom need reset - we’re pulling out of wall like towel racks and the shower curtain needs replaced it didn’t reach around the tub and water was constantly coming out during shower. Ceiling fans need replaced. And we couldn’t figure out why there was two microwaves?? One was very small and one was very old but bigger. The blind by the back door was broken and didn’t allow for a lot of privacy at night. Just a bunch of little things that could easily be updated to improve the stay. Overall the location we loved and the agency we dealt with was efficient .

Great family home

This home has great size, design, and location for a family - and the convenience of the Dunes shuttle service makes it even better. It's easy to see why this home is popular - but its popularity has a down side, as it is showing some wear and tear. Still, for the price it's a great Hilton Head value.

Love Queens Grant

We really love staying at Queens Grant. We've been here multiple times over the last 5 years. This was one of the best units that we've stayed in. It's modern, clean, and well taken care of. The check-in process was very easy.

It was OK.

We were there for a wedding. I called the property manager because we needed another vehicle pass to get into the gated community. They never returned my phone call and I never received the pass. The light switches didn’t work in bedrooms you had to manually turn on the lights. The tub in the shower didn’t drain well. The back patio needed a little TLC really over grown with weeds and trees coming out of bushes. no appeal at all.

The property is a nice location, however the back yard can use some TLC to make it inviting for guest who would like to sit outside. The bathrooms were ok, shower curtains could use replacement. Otherwise our stay was pleasant would definitely return to Hilton head.
