Queens Grant 675. At approximately 2000 square feet, this villa will provide plenty of room to spread out to work or relax. First floor (huge) master, very large living room, large dining area, additional 1/2 bath and a fully equipped kitchen. The second floor provides two additional large bedrooms and another full bath. There is a large deck out back with a gas grill. It is just a few steps to the pool and only a fifteen minute walk to the beach! Your booking includes parking for one vehicle, a second vehicle parking pass can be purchased for $25 for each 7 night stay. Palmetto Dunes restricts properties here to two vehicles.

Everything was as expected- nice decor and comfy beds. Perfect for our family and week at the beach - could use a few minor updates (doors and showers). Would stay again!

We had a great stay! The condo is very spacious with comfortable beds and furniture. It is within walking distance to the general store, which we visited every day. The beach is close, but only my daughter and I walked to it, the rest of our crew drove. We brought our dog along and we could walk right off the back patio to get to the trail to walk her. Very convenient. The location is mid- island, so we were not far from anything. We will be back!

Excellent location and amenities

We enjoyed staying here very much -- even though it rained for much of the week, we were able to get out and about, and the villa provided ample space for five adults and our dog. Hope to return soon!

Family vacation

Overall everything was fine. The path lights to the condo didn’t work and left the walkway dark. Pool could use a little work but ok. Our time spent together was great!

Fantastic location

10 minute walk to beach, 20 minute walk to shops, restaurants and bars. Location was ideal. Owner responded to questions or issues usually within minutes. Will be back for sure !

Great from start to finish.

The owner reached out after we expressed a few minor concerns and we amazingly receptive. All small concerns were addressed immediately and everything about the stay was wonderful. Will definitely be back.

Convenient location, large villa

Lovely villa in the Queens Grant section of Palmetto Dunes. There were a number of stains on the carpeting on the stairs, and we couldn't find a way to turn on the outside lighting for the pathway which was very dark, but otherwise the place was great.

Great Famiky Vacation

Loved loved loved the property was just right for our family! Super clean and neat everything and very private !! Would highly recommend. The only thing is if you are looking for a pool the one on the property sight was not skimmed regularly so we did skim the pool but otherwise it was perfect! Only 5 min from the beach where we truly spent most of our time!! Thank you again for another great vacation!!!

Wonderful condo

This condo is the best one we've stayed at at Queen's Grant (this is our third stay in this community). It was very clean - and we were greeted with nice amenities such as a water bottle, a kitchen kit that included laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent and a sponge. Bathrooms were well appointed with tons of clean towels and generous toiletries kits. We had a great time in this lovely condo.

Second time visitors

After staying here last year we were thrilled to be able to book again this year for our family! We love the location, how spacious it is with plenty of seating for everyone and that it’s pet friendly! My 18 year old dachshund loved sunning on the deck. Only 15 minute walk to the beach and steps away from the pool. The neighborhood has a cute general store with lots to choose from a rental place for bikes and much more a lovely restaurant and the nice little burger and pizza joint that we just discovered this time! I highly recommend this property!

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

The property was located much closer to the lagoon and pool than we had anticipated. The interior space was far more spacious and accommodating than the pictures would indicate. It was clean and everything we needed for the stay was there when we arrived. I would like to add that the owner was very responsive to one minor issue that was beyond his control. In fact, he was very communicative throughout the booking and check-in process. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again in the future. When you do stay here, make sure to rent bikes, it was a quick ride down to the beach, grocery store, shopping, and a number of restaurants.

Great location

We really enjoyed this unit. The bedding was comfortable . It just needed a few more bed pillows with pillow cases. We did have an issue all week with the one upstairs bedroom not cooling off. It would get up to 80 degrees during the day up to about 8;30 pm and then cool off some during the night. This made it difficult for the baby to sleep there during the day. It would be nice to have some cleaning supplies in the unit to tidy up. We loved location to the beach but pools were not kept up very well.

Great time

The property was exactly what we needed for out trip. The only problem we encountered was a lack of parking in the section of our condo. We were able to use overflow parking, just a longer walk. The kitchen had everything we needed. Great location on the island and we're able to drive and park at the beach .

Spacious condo

Check in was easy, living space large with plenty of seating, functional kitchen but ice maker didn’t work, so we bought ice. There are trays to make your own, but bring bottled water! Bedrooms were large and the primary bedroom bed was comfortable. Upstairs, the bedroom with the full bed was hot compared to the bunk bed room, so we had to cool that room excessively and keep the doors all open through the Jack and Jill bathroom and hall to try to distribute the air a bit more evenly. We liked the proximity to the exit of Palmetto Dunes, the bike paths, the pool access. Great location. We thought it was better to have the rental bikes in the rear of the building at the deck, as we had 5 and the bike company locked them all up on the bushes in the front (seemed abusive to the bushes and space was tight), but that was a no-no per the condo management. All the neighboring condos did the same thing. Not sure if they were also called about this. Overall, a very good place to rent , good WiFi, TV, space for all our family of 5.

Hilton Head vacation

We rented this villa for 10 days and it was very roomy with 3 bedrooms for our family of 6. Everything was provided in the kitchen. We were steps from the pool and a short bike ride or car ride to the beach. We walked to it sometimes at night as well. I had a few questions and Tim responded to me almost immediately and sent over his management company to address a few things while we were there. Excellent host. This was our first time at HHI and we already plan to come back - such a family feel here. Would definitely rent from Tim again.

Anniversary

We have stayed in several rental properties over the years in Hilton Head but this home surpassed those by far. The house is beautiful and well kept the location could not have been better just steps from the pool and about a 15 minute walk to the beach! There is a wonderful restaurant and general store on the walk to the beach as well. A couple of small hiccups but i cannot stress enough how easy the communication was with the owner! He always responded quickly and was able to answer any questions, oh and did I mention it is dog friendly?! Don’t hesitate to book this rental.

Nice Stay

Everything was fine with our stay. When we checked in the maintenance crew had some issues that they didn’t have time to complete but it didn’t affect our stay. Overall I would recommend this property.
