This two-story home is spacious and luxurious, offering a private screened-in balcony with incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico, a comfortable living space with large windows, and direct access to the white sand beach.

This beachfront duplex is located in the small community of Gulf Trace, only half a mile from a variety of restaurants, shops, and local attractions. You'll be less than a mile from Hurricane Oyster Bar, Grayton Beer Brewpub, the Red Bar, and other local hangouts in Grayton Beach, and one mile from excellent swimming, canoeing, hiking, and fishing at Grayton Beach State Park.

This house is ALL about the access. The only reason I didnā€™t rae it 5 stars is because the house is older and has few amenities. It is fairly priced with that in consideration. The location is out standing! Beautiful view and beach access. We loved staying here.

Wonderful location!

We recently stayed at this home for a family vacation and absolutely loved the location of the house - itā€™s wonderful to walk out the back door straight onto the beach! We spent many nights playing card games on the screened back porch, and the whole family enjoyed the beautiful views and the convenience of the neighborhood to all the great 30A beach towns!

Rosemary Beach and other 30A towns are so congested, but Grayton Beach is a special gem with private homes just yards from the beach.

Wonderful stay!

This house was wonderful! A beautiful view of the water with plenty of space for us. Just as a side note: I would recommend that the owners add pot holders to the house as that is something that most beach vacationers do not tote around with them.

Great family House

We loved our stay at Grayton beach Oasis. Perfect beach home for our growing family - 5 adults and 3 grandchildren. Having direct access to the beach from the back door was amazing and convenient. The house had all the amenities we needed and everything was in working order. We will be back!

We love staying in the Gulf Trace neighborhood. The house met all our expectations and provided some great views. It was a good value for its location. It should be noted that the fourth full bathroom is actually a half bath on the main floor and a shower on the walk in level. We had a great time and would consider it in the future!

3 generation family visit. Great for families but walkthru pressure gates a must with littles and two sets of stairs. Great views. Great access. Lake there is a great option for red flag days and little ones. House supplied with all your needs. Chairs, toys, nets, boogie

Great Location

Amazing location! Original listing is a little misleading due to pics of beach proximity and walkway to beach, yet upon receiving check in info we were told we can not walk out to the beach, must use public access entrance bc beach in front of house is private. Well, thatā€™s why we picked this location! We were there off season so this wasnā€™t an issue (no one was on the beach), however, if I rented during peak season I would want this info to be very clear. The layout of the house is awesome (we had two combined families and everyone had plenty of room) and the available beach ā€œtoysā€ were an added bonus! Highly recommend this property.

We had a great time at this property! There were a couple snafus, the kitchen sink disposal was broken when we arrived and Vacasa did not bother to fix it, the bed sheets didnā€™t fit the mattresses quite right, and we had animals dump over the trash bins outside and we had to clean up trash multiple times. The trash issue was the worst thing. However, we felt like the property was priced accordingly for the area and a short walk to the beach was worth it!

Great location

Great location close to the beach and near restaurants and shopping. Quiet neighborhood with access to walking and bike paths. Great layout in the home. Kitchen needs work. Not enough spoons, glasses or bowls for our party of 7. Most of the non stick pots and pans with coating worn off. Upstairs carpet quite worn and needs replacement. Stairwell needs painting. 2 missing light bulbs in the dining room and 3 burned out bulbs in the kitchen. Would have gotten 5 stars if above fixed.

Location can't be beat

The house matched the pictures. It was clean and comfortable and has been partially updated. The master shower was wonderful, and the downstairs shower was so convenient for coming off the beach. The neighborhood is private yet in the heart of Grayton beach and just a few minutes from Seaside, and I loved the views of the natural dunes and the freshwater lake. The only advice I have for those travelling with small children is to bring a few baby gates for the stairs. There are three flights of stairs and the bottom stairs are covered in tile which gets slippery with sand and when wet. Overall, we would definitely stay at this property again.

Great Location

Location was great, beach quiet, close to nearby shopping and restaurants. Cleanliness needs improvement. Issues with plumbing but management addressed quickly and efficiently. Would definitely consider for another vacation.

The location was amazing. The cleanliness was not great

House location was perfect. Communication was good with host. The biggest downside was the condition of the kitchen, all the dishes had to be washed prior to using and there is not a good set up of cookware if you plan on cooking in at all! There were a few random wine glasses, so we had to buy our own. This is a big disappointment when you rent a house for a girls trip. What do you think we are there to do? Yes enjoy the view and drink lots of wine!

Wonderful stay!

This was such a wonderful experience, and I would definitely rent this house again in the future. I rented this property for a girlsā€™ trip, and it was the perfect accommodation for 8 adults. Not only was the house itself comfortable and clean, its proximity to the beach was perfect. We could easily come and go from the beach all day long since it was just a short walk back to the house. The privacy of the beach was definitely a plus- there was plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the seclusion. Thanks for a great experience!

Perfect location

We love this neighborhood and have stayed in it previously. The beach & Location privacy is what we love. The house was great location so close to the beach. Views from the home and porches were spectacular views. The home lacked any large cook wear for cooking family meals. The house could use a good deep cleaning. There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows.

Great property! That's cool would definitely stay here again. Kitchen could have used some larger skillets and other kitchen utensils plus a griddle would have been nice. Appreciated the ample towel and blanket supply!
