This home boasts gorgeous views of the Gulf of America from every room in the house. Beach chair service is included March 1- October 1.

This spacious home offers 360 degree views of the Gulf of Mexico. The new improved back deck is perfect for relaxing and taking in the views with private beach access. Relax and kick your feet up on the multiple Adirondack chairs. Three levels of decking provide you with panoramic views of the ocean for enjoying sunrises or sunsets and everything in between.

This unique home offers beautiful views of the Gulf from every room of the house. The open concept floor plan allows you to enjoy the beach view while enjoying your family or relaxing and watching TV in the evenings. The large dining table, which seats 12, overlooks the gulf and the counter bar provides additional seating for six. The kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances to accommodate the most discerning chef. The coffee and wine bar include a beverage refrigerator, ice maker and warming drawer. Separate induction cooking stations make food preparation a breeze. The screened in portion of the deck from the kitchen allows for additional seating and Al Fresco dining with a large table for 8.

The second floor loft has another living area perfect for watching winter sunsets or just enjoying unobstructed ocean views. Our favorite place for reading or ocean/star gazing. The sofa sectional easily converts supplying two additional twin beds.

Main level:

Bedroom 1: Downstairs master is in the southeast corner suite with a king bed and sofa sleeper, as well as en suite bath with walk in shower. This bedroom has access to the outside deck through French doors.

Bedroom 2:

Two queen beds and is in the northeast corner of the house with en suite tub bath.

Bedroom 3:

Queen size bed with en suite bathroom with walk in shower that has grab bars as well as grab bar on the commode. Handicap/Elderly friendly.

Second floor:

Bedroom 4:

The upper level, southeast side bedroom, features a king bed with Gulf views and access to the deck via French doors. This room shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the bunk room.

Bedroom 5:

The bunk room, upper northeast bedroom, has four extra-long twin beds equipped with individual reading lights. There is a DVD player with this flat screen TV so children can enjoy movies in their room.

Bedroom 6:

The grand master suite encompasses the west side of the second floor and includes a king bed, twin sleeper sofa, as well as large en suite bath with his and her vanities and a mirrored vanity table. The bath includes a large air-jet tub and double showers and the spacious dressing area contains built in dressers, clothing rods and a small safe. The deck can be accessed through french doors as well.

All of the bedrooms feature bath access as well as flat screen TVs with smart TVs in the upper master suites.

A powder bath is tucked down the hall and around the corner from the main living space.

** We have currently implemented Covid-19 extra cleaning measures. The cleaning fee has been raised to reflect the staffs extra efforts. High touch surface will be disinfected such as light switches door handles and and railings. There will be one case of toilet paper provided at this time as well as two extra rolls of paper towel. The local Publix seems to be running low on these items. Beach chair service is provided for 8 chairs and 4 umbrellas.

GOLF cart rentals are NOT allowed by our HOA.

We do have 4 security cameras on the property. Cameras monitor front door and entry, front driveway, back porch entry and lower deck. There is a camera on the back stairs to monitor the beach water levels. Cameras are viewed on change over days and cleaning days. We only check footage on change over days to be sure our cleaning crew and guests arrive and depart in a timely fashion.
