Discover the blissful beachside retreat of "Waterside Wave" in the charming Gulf Trace neighborhood. Situated just over 100 steps away from the pristine sugar white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this coastal gem offers 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a spacious private swimming pool.

Nestled on the south side of scenic Hwy 30A, this inviting home welcomes you with comfortable furnishings and a family-friendly open-concept floor plan. The first floor features a generous living area with vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen adorned with stainless steel appliances, and seating for 5 at the bar. Enjoy meals in the dining area with seating for 10. The first floor also encompasses two king master suites and a convenient full-size washer/dryer. On the second floor, you'll find a third king bedroom with beautiful Gulf views and a private balcony overlooking the state park. Additionally, there is a bunk room with 2 sets of twin-over-twin beds and an adjacent bedroom with two double beds. A spacious bathroom is also located on this floor. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen television.

Beyond its ample indoor space, "Waterside Wave" presents a comfortably furnished poolside sun deck and a spacious wrap-around porch where you can admire the captivating beach views that drew you here in the first place. The home offers limited covered parking but accommodates a total of 5 cars in the driveway/parking area, including a car charging station for electric vehicles. Entertainment is taken care of with a full-size ping-pong table in the screened area.

Nice house- beware of construction

We have stayed in the Gulf Trace neighborhood every year for the last 10+ years in a variety of the rentals on the beach. We decided to splurge on an extended stay this year for 10 nights and chose waterside wave for access to the pool and unobstructed views of the water. When we arrived the washing machine was not working but was fixed a few days later. The house was clean and comfortable, but unfortunately it was a construction zone with a new home being framed across the street on the beach that made any outdoor relaxing impossible and very limited view of the water with construction vehicles everywhere. I understand it is not in the control of the owner/rental company, but for the amount of money it was a disappointment.

Bachelor Trip weekend

Perfect Location AND Accommodations!

Loved this home being in a small residential area right on the beach but within minutes of yummy restaurants and any shopping desired. The home is a short 5-minute walk (and I'm 71) to a practically private beach. It is beautifully furnished and decorated, has very comfortable beds, and there is plenty of seating in the open family/kitchen area. Lots of parking with a lovely private pool to top off the luxury of this rental. Can't wait to go back!

Amazing Trip!

A group of eight of us stayed for a bachelorette weekend! This house is beautiful, clean, and huge! The neighborhood it’s located in has a beautiful (and not busy) beach. The pool was clean and larger than expected. No issues during our stay and can’t wait to return. I will say, this unit is a duplex. At first I was worried about that, but some of the girls didn’t even realize until the second day because the home is so large. Book it!

Perfect for sunset walks to dinner!

Tucked in the middle of a State Park, this home offers the best of everything! The hosts provide a cozy, comfortable, clean home that is well appointed, with lots of space. The pool is beautiful, with plenty of seating, and is a short walk to the beach. I especially loved the proximity to wonderful restaurants and live music, that I could get to without having to drive. Waterside Wave is perfect for a girls' getaway, a family retreat, or new scenery for those who still need to work, but want to enjoy the beach life after hours!

Great place for the price

The house suites are needs perfectly. We have 5 children total and 6 adults. So the bedrooms are just right. The bunk room is small but the little ones sleep well in there. A request was made to replace the master toilet in the downstairs west bedroom and that was a wonderful surprise this year. There are enough places to sit and eat, beach access is easy and the pool is really loved by all of us. Not small like some places we've stayed. We had a few issues like the handle on the microwave broke, pool light was out and we had no internet so no tv for the kids. That was a bit inconvenient. The dvd player downstairs works but there is no remote so you can't use it for most of the kids dvds we had. They found one upstairs that worked. In the future a French door refrigerator would make more sense but all in all it's a great house for us. Management is the best answering inquiries in a timely basis. We will stay again.

Great Family Vacation

Truly enjoyed our stay at Waterside Wave, even though we had no internet the whole week. Unfortunately, as our family has grown, we need something a bit larger for next year, which you all don't have (I asked), so we had to reserve through a different channel.

Vacation in Paradise

Great property and house. 5th bedroom not actually a bedroom-bunk beds only, no window and no closet which was a little disappointing. Other than that a great house. Beautiful view of the ocean too!

Exactly What We Expected and Wanted

Our entire visit exceeded expectations. The walk was shorter than we thought to the beach, the house was clearly kept up - even the outside paint looked brand new. The kitchen had everything, the living room was comfortable, and there were even the fun gutter downspouts! All the details were taken care of so that we could focus on the reason for being at the beach. Thank you to the owners and managers of this place!!!

Better Than Average

What an awesome getaway we had for my friend's daughter's bachelorette party! The house was gorgeous with plenty of space for everyone, including a spacious kitchen and living room. Beautifully decorated. The deck overlooking the beach and that ocean view was phenomenal! The pool area was also great. It was super walkable both to the beach and restaurants and bars. I would absolutely come back and stay here again!

Great Beach View house

This is an extremely great house for our families needs. We have two kids 6 and 9, and 6 adults. NOTHING to complain about. Great pool, everything we needed inside and out, very short walk to the beach, nice quiet neighborhood. The steps up to the front door may be an issue for some with mobility issues. Upon arrival the door code we were given was wrong but quickly corrected by easily contacting rental company. Wonderful week!

Cleanliness less that expected

While the property was below average upon arrival as far as cleanliness, we did contact the property manager and received attention quickly. When we arrived there were chips on the rugs that had not been vacuumed efficiently as well as candy wrappers in the screen room and around the pool deck. The pool deck needed cleaning as well as the pool. The lawn service was still working at 4 and was not expecting us. He had to leave his job unfinished to move his truck so we could unload. Thanks to Christian and Isaac, the unit was vacuumed, trash emptied, pool deck and screen room picked up and swept. They also said they would tell maintenance that the pool and deck need cleaning. We appreciate their efforts and the operator I spoke with at the property management office. As a note of safety that needs attention, we had a 3 year old with us. Some of the railings on the front deck were loose. For safety we had to keep a chair in front of that area. This needs attention.

Had a great time

This house worked perfect for our family beach trip. There are 11 of us total so bedrooms were just perfect for all of us. Pool was large enough for all of us to be in with the 5 grandkids. The tv went out in one of the bedrooms and maintenance replaced it with a new one within a few hours. Very close to the beach as well. My only complaint was the toilet in the master bath on the main floor is very short. For the cost of a new toilet it seems that a taller one would be much more comfortable. Plus the seat is broken and though I told the office the first day we arrived, that seat was never replaced. That seems like not a big deal but for older folks it is. We will stay again but keeping my fingers crossed that toilet is replaced with a new taller one by next year. Coastal Dreamin' Team is great to work with as well.

Perfection

The perfect neighborhood for a relaxing vacation! The private beach is amazing and within a minute if the house! The pool was the perfect ending to each day! We watched dolphins every night from the patio! This is a perfect place for family, friends, children, and adults!

Great location & stay!

We had a great experience at Waterside Wave. The location was amazing, we loved the private beach, quiet neighborhood, nearby things to do, and the closeness of beach access. It was a great stay overall & the minor suggestions we have did not affect our stay. We would suggest mentioning that the house is a duplex in the listing, it could change some peoples opinion on booking. Also, letting your guests know that 2 pack n plays are provided. We rented 2 & could have saved that money. Lastly, the cleanliness could use a little work. The dishwasher had food particles remaining when we arrived that we cleaned ourselves before using the dishwasher. And the kitchen floors had debri & spills on the floor upon arrival. Overall we loved our trip & were very happy with our stay!

Family oriented

The house was as listed. Location was great easy walk to the beach. Everything was cleaned and ready when we arrived. All emails I sent were answered promptly. The size was good for our family. My only complaint was the stove. It worked, but I feel that the heat levels printed on it in a sharpie marker, was not in keeping with the rest of the house. This house would not be a good fit for families who might have a family member that has mobility issues, lots of stairs and low toilets. It was perfect for myself, children and grandchildren. We had a great time sitting on the deck having coffee watching the waves. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful beach, comfortable house made for a great visit.

Vacation/Beach Wedding

The location is excellent and the house was provided a perfect place for our family to gather for our beach wedding mid-week. The house, the beach, the ocean and the weather were beautiful in October. Would absolutely do it all again.

Great Place!!

The location to the beach and the beach view was awesome. The pool is the biggest private pool I have ever seen on 30A and made it awesome for playing and hanging out. The inside of the house was clean and everything was easy. Great place, I will definitely stay here again.
