This warm and inviting luxury home is located in beautiful Caldera Springs, adjacent to Sunriver Resort and a short trek to all the natural beauty that Central Oregon has to offer. The custom built home includes locally made furniture throughout and the interior was designed by a local Sunriver designer, specifically to be a luxurious family vacation home. With high ceilings and brand new furnishings throughout, you can relax in comfort and style.

The living room, designed for family gatherings, features comfortable furnishings, a gas fireplace, and large flat screen TV. There is additional work and/or sleeping space in the bonus room downstairs which includes a sleeper sofa and desk. The King ensuite is on the main floor and includes a large flat screen TV, jetted, soaking tub, and walk-in closet.

Three additional bedrooms and the loft are upstairs. Bedroom One has a Pyramid Bunk Bed. Bedroom Two has 2 twin beds (with a king conversion option). Bedroom Three is an Ensuite with King Bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a guest bathroom with shower/tub combo and a loft with game console, DVD player and large TV for all to enjoy. All bedrooms have cable TV.

With features like a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, high end patio furniture, outdoor fireplace, ping pong and foosball in the garage, plus a large BBQ and private hot tub, this home is the perfect spot to gather with friends and family for a luxury getaway. Head out on one of the 4 bikes provided at this home to explore over 30 miles of paved trails connecting Caldera Springs and Sunriver.

This home includes 5 Rental Cards (2 guests per card) for accessing SELECT Caldera Springs amenities. IMPORTANT: Caldera Springs is a semi-private community, which means that you will NOT have access to some amenities (some amenities are only available to homeowners and select guests). This home comes with rental cards that will give you access to the Quarry Pool and Fitness Center, Discovery Park, Ponderosa Park, Sable Rock Park, all the lakes throughout Caldera, the paved and barked pathways, tennis/pickleball courts and the basketball court. Passes do NOT include access to Forest House pool or facility or the 9-hole golf course.
