The Details:
This spacious 4,000 sq. ft. home is comfortable and cozy for all size families. A short 7 minute walk to the village mall or the SHARC pool facility, it's just a prime location in Sunriver. Large kitchen/great room for adult entertaining with a large outdoor living deck just off the kitchen. A separate large game room for the kids and young adults on lower level. Private and personal space available in all the 5 bedrooms. A beverage bar area is located just outside of the indoor hot tub room. A great value for all these amenities.

This home has a great floor plan that allows you to make yourself at home in the best conditions. You can access the outside living areas that have both shade and sun depending on time of day. The main kitchen, dining and living room is located upstairs and has a 55" Smart tv, wood fireplace and a 4' x 10' island just to gather around. The large outside dining deck has a granite dining table which seats 8 comfortably, lounge area and a bar area that can seat 8. The new covered bbq area allows for grilling in all weather, just off the kitchen.

The game room located on the lower level has a gas fireplace, 65' Smart tv, cd stereo, pool table, ping pong table, foosball, shuffle board and a piano. There are 5 bedrooms. The upper level has two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is an ensuite with king size bed. The other bedroom is next to the full bath and includes two queen size beds. On the lower there are 3 bedrooms. One is ensuite with king bed. Bedroom 2 has a king bed with sink. The 3rd bedroom on the lower level is an ensuite with king size bed with a twin XL bunks. Two bedrooms are located upstairs and 3 bedrooms on the lower level. All five baths are tiled with granite counters.

Our bikes consist of 4 adult and 2 youth sizes. I no longer guarantee bikes due to constant abuse.

There is NO CATV at the home. You will need to stream from the Smart TV Apps or bring your own streaming device.
