Great property in prime location downtown

This was a perfect rental for our family going to a music festival in Telluride. The sleeping arrangements were great for a group of 7 and the space was clean and nicely furnished. It was perfect for our group. Check in was seamless and easy.

Fantastic property

Hey Bear House was perfect for us. It's in a great location - walk to the gondola and easy walk to the market. We did not have a car and it was never a problem. The property was very clean and stocked with everything you needed. The views of the mountain were gorgeous and our family of 5 was very comfortable. We could have easily fit a few more people! We highly recommend this home.

Great Family Home in excellent location!

Great property near may different things in Telluride town. the bottom floor is totally away from the rest of the house, so it makes the house feel bigger than it actually is. the kitchen is fully equipped / stocked so all you need to do it bring food and you are good to go! Thanks for an amazing family vacation!

Hey Bear House had everything we needed for our trip to beautiful Telluride. No detail was missed. From all the appliances to make use in the kitchen to humidifiers in every room, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Annual Year End Ski Trip

Very comfortable and well equipped for our family. We enjoyed the close proximity to lift #7 for skiing as we didn't have to bother with the longer lines at the Gondola (COVID protocol).

Great Find- Cool House

My family and I found Hey Bear House and loved it. The location is the best of any place we have stayed in town-- neighborhood feel but still in the center of things. I was also working on the trip so I was happy about the high speed internet which was great in all the bedrooms. Each bedroom had its own bathroom--you know how important this is if you have kids. The showers had great water pressure too. The finish out of this house is really high end. Even the kids' bunk room had phone chargers built into the bunk beds which the kids loved. Much nicer than typical homes of this price range. The living area is on the second floor which is nice because there is a big deck with table and chairs that overlooks the mountain facing the gondola and ski lifts. There is a loft area up a spiral staircase from the living room. Our kids brought their Xbox and hooked it up to the tv there and used it as their lounge--there is a bathroom in the loft too. Others have mentioned this but the kitchen is really well stocked with appliances. It's not just a few pans and basic plates. There was a panini maker, ice cream maker, and lots of serving pieces. Also there was a pullout drawer by the stove that had spices and oil so you don't have to go buy all of that stuff when you arrive. The floor plan of the house is really designed well so all the bedrooms have privacy and you don't feel like you are on top of each other like you would in a hotel or other places. My kids and I agree that this is the best house we have stayed in in Telluride and we have been coming to Telluride for years. I would definitely rent this place again.

Hey Bear House Heaven

We had a great stay at Hey Bear House in Telluride. The property is beautiful and such a great location. There were 4 of us, so we had more than enough room to spread out. Each sleeping area has its own bathroom! Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the balcony and view as well as the close proximity to the river trail. Hated to leave and hope to return soon!

Awesome house in the center of Telluride!

Location was perfect - quiet neighborhood just blocks away from shopping, restaurants, the gondola, and hiking. Bedrooms have great beds, shades, TVs, and lighting. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking.

Perfect little spot

Amazing House!

This house is great. By far the best rental that I have ever stayed in. I liked that the living area was on the second floor and opened to a deck with a view. Few houses in Telluride do this. All the furnishings were new and modern. The kitchen was fully stocked--so often in rental units you just have a few standard pans. This kitchen was perfect for me because I like to cook. It had lots of gadgets and appliances like a Ninja blender and ice cream machine. The sheets were high-end and the beds were super comfortable. Wifi was great on all floors. Water pressure was great in the showers. The house even had a Speed Queen washing machines and dryer. which I had been wanting to try. I will definitely stay here again!
