Located on the second floor of an elegant townhome built in 1890, this four-bedroom, two-bath property was once a corner grocery! Today, it stands ready to be the perfect home base for up to eight Lucky guests looking to enjoy the best Savannah has to offer from the locals’ point of view.

The completely renovated home has a bright and airy feel about it, with oversized windows and soaring ceilings throughout. Follow the staircase from the entry hall up to the spacious living room, featuring original fireplaces, woodwork and restored pine floors, accentuated by modern conveniences such as cable TV and Wifi. A charming, fully stocked eat-in kitchen and living area will accommodate everyone comfortably. The premium bedroom has a king bed, and two additional bedrooms have queen beds and decorative fireplaces. The fourth bedroom has two antique twin beds.

Non-metered Parking
This unit has free, on-street parking right outside the front door. Availability will depend on time of day and season. Our guests have not reported trouble parking near the home, even on the busiest of weekends.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.
