This studio was built in 2018. It has a queen size Murphy bed. All new appliances, granite counters, & all new bath. We are on the property in case the need arises. This area is close to the shopping malls and restaurants Close to the Mountain America Expo Center, close to the ski resorts, 15 min from downtown Salt Lake City. This would be a great stopping off place for our great state. Great hiking close.

Couldnā€™t stay, not clean. I arrived late Thurs eve. Unit was organized but not clean (food in microwave, drips on toilet, crusties on chairs, dust everywhere. I sent Host msg saying I could not stay there because unit was unhealthy dirty and suggested they refund me half and use the other half to hire a new cleaner. Friday Host sent me a msg thru VRBO ap asking if I wanted the unit recleaned. I could not respond that day as I was in hospital ER for emergency surgery. Saturday host sent me a new invoice that shortened my stay to 3 days but charges more than my original 9 day booking??? I contacted VRBO for assistance. Host agreed to refund me half, minus my deposit. Also, entrance to unit is kinda spooky, thru garage past storage shelves.

A nice little place to stay

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Checking in was super easy. This studio has a single bed and a queen size Murphy bed. You can feel the bar supporting it thru the mattress. Not the most comfortable but definitely do-able.

Clean and Easy

Room was very clean. Was well stocked with clean towels and extra blankets. Property manager sent clear instructions on where to park and check in. Area was very quiet. Highly recommend and would stay again next time I'm in the area.

Economical, comfortable and homey

The hosts were super nice and brought in a large table and office chair for me to use so that I could work during my stay. They were very responsive if we needed anything. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. It wasn't fancy, but I'm not a fancy person. It was a nice neighborhood with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.

Awesome VRBO experience!

This efficiency room is a tremendous deal. Will definitely return with my whole family. Can sleep four with the extra trundle and day bed. This location is about 18 minutes to Snowbird, Solitude, and Brighton. Easy snowboarding access to great resorts. The host has equipped the room with EVERYTHING you need. All appliances work perfectly as does high speed internet, bathroom, etc. I liked the selection of 500 piece puzzles as a nice touch. Room is secure and feels MUCH larger than the pictures. I think a wider angle lens would depict the space better. Ample parking and the neighborhood is quiet. Out the front door you are greeted with a beautiful view of a neighboring mountain that looks like itā€™s within walking distance. The fit and finish of the place is quirky, and that gives the room added charm.

Very clean and comfortable unit in a convenient location

My adult daughter and I were in town for a wedding. This unit was a great choice for us. The bed was very comfortable. We liked having a vanity and additional sink outside the bathroom.

Another great stay

Comfortable Stay - Need Accurate Pictures and Property Description

I spent 2 weeks in Utah for a paragliding course, and Pat & Jerold's place was perfect for my stay. Communication was easy and they are very nice people.

Dirty and we ended up not staying

I hesitate to write a review about this property because we didnā€™t end up staying. When I got there, it was really dirty. I donā€™t know if their cleaning people didnā€™t actually clean very well or they forgot to have them clean or what (they ended up telling me that they are the ones that clean it, they do not hire an outside company) There was jam on the tablecloth there was food crumbs all inside the fridge, the microwave was dirty & there was hair in the sink & in the shower and so on (the oven was very clean) After about three hours of asking them if they would clean it, and no response, they told us to come back and look at it and then they said it was never dirty, the man was very rude and told my husband I was lying. I had already taken several beforehand pictures and videos. I worked with Vrbo to get my refund. I imagine this was an off day for them, but we were very uncomfortable staying because we wondered if the sheets were clean and sanitized and they were so dismissive that we were really uncomfortable. You should also know that there is a door that leads from the kitchen area directly into their living room and it has a window. They also begged me not to write a review because they said Vrbo would kick them off

Large house with 4-5 converted separate bedrooms some permanent tenets others short term rental Overall large regular fridge large spacious single room with comfy queen bed and a single permanent bed in same room general amenities zest soap but nice shampoo etc tv cable no premium channels AC is window type and takes 24 hour to cool room so turn on immediately then leave on till departure. Pleasant live in home owner ample parking with 3 sharing driveway surrounded by plush homes microwave must reach overhead but. things work would I stay again. Price is right although staying. At another sandy site for a bit. More with jacuzzi for the jacuzzi in back yard

Good price point for what it is

Thank goodness, the owner gave detailed instructions otherwise, we would have never found this place in the dark. The studio had a full kitchen, comfortable bed, reclining chairs to watch TV and nice water pressure. There was definitely a strange height for the door to the place, the microwave height, the dining room table, the bathroom sink and shower head...built by giant people I guess. The communication with the owner was assumptious, unkind and derogatory when there was a question about a towel. The parking was confusing. We were so glad for the window portable AC unit or it would have been way to hot in this studio created inside a garage. Probably would not stay again due to the unkind communication. If you ok with the owner unloading their stress of towels on you and janky heights of things this is a nice place with a comfortable bed.
