The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The home was a short walk to the ski lifts and rental store. There were some things that we didn't love, but it didn't ask for that, such as a very loud washer and dryer, the thermostats really didn't heat up the house.

Copper Coach is the best asset of this property

Overall great. Not perfect but that's ok. Hot tub worked. Kitchen had some little frustrations (stove knobs hard to interpret). But overall, the best deal was the free Copper Coach to anywhere in the village through their online app. We didn't see this much in the reviews nor any welcome packet (which would have been helpful) but found it when we got here. It was great for families with young kids and all their skis!

Stay was ok house needs some updates

Townhome has a lot of potential if a few updates could be made to appliances, plumbing, lighting. It was clean and the layout is good & a nice outdoor area, sits on golf course. Just found ourselves a little annoyed by with appliances, plumbing and no overhead lighting in the bedrooms. Should this stop you from staying? No, from memory the price was better value than others on the area so some trade off for that.

Good property close to lifts

This property was large and roomy and close to the Super Bee lift. You can walk there in about 5 minutes-big bonus. If you can ski blacks, you can ski down pretty close to the property as well. Overall, it has a lot of room and the private hot tub was a nice bonus. A few minor downsides, it was not well stocked at all, so if you are going to cook, bring everything-including salt! It's also a bit dated, but that's no big deal. The place seemed pretty clean, but when we moved a bed to push them together for the kids, we found some old apple cores. There were also some used towels left in random places, so they probably need to take cleaning up a notch. Also, the bedrooms are dark. Would be nice if they worked on the lighting. Overall, solid place though.

We could not have asked for a better location. Conveniently located to the village. Some spots are walkable and other spots can be accessed by bus. Highly recommend grabbing groceries before arriving as restaurants in the village are pricey. The home was a perfect size for 6 adults. Plenty of towels and ample amounts of soaps, dish detergent ect. Beds were comfy. Home was clean. Will definitely come back!

Beautiful & Convenient!

The best part was the private hot tub and beautiful views. I've detailed positives/negatives from our stay below. 1. The kitchen & bathroom weren't fully stocked with items you would expect like salt/pepper/oil for the kitchen and good shampoo/soap but the grocery store isn't too far away so that wasn't really an issue. 2. The shuttle to the ski resort was awesome, it picks you up from the driveway and drops you back when you're done skiing. 3. The master bedroom upstairs has 2 skylights, you'll wake up pretty early because of it... 4. There's a humidifier for every room! 5. The bed is very comfortable. 6. No ceiling fan in any bedrooms, so there's no air circulation unless you open a window. Overall it was a great place to stay, I would definitely go back.

Incomplete and Dirty Rental

This rental does not provide everything you need as it claims, so be prepared to bring your own basic items such as hand soap. Aside from being outdated, we experienced the following: trash can was full upon arrival, master faucet was broken, no hand soap in entire residence, no shampoo/bath soap provided, very few towels for allotted guests, missing coffee pot (we used a stovetop pot to collect brewed coffee), downstairs tub had to be manually drained, dryer did not get hot or dry clothes, jets on hot tub worked a portion of the time, and found hair (not ours) in the bed sheets. We will not be returning to this property.

Amazing weekend

This house provided my friends and I with a great weekend. It was clean when we arrived and as very comfortable and homey. The view from the hot tub was gorgeous and we enjoyed watching golfers play.

Great house, everything you need in a great location

This property is pretty dated when it comes to decor but it has everything you need and had a great price. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others who have a family and enjoy a little room to spread-out when I’m vacation.

Nice spot, close to tubing and super bee lift (walking distance or shuttle is quick). Enough room but super dated fixtures/finishes and not well insulated.

Excellent location and views

This condo is about a 10-15 minute walk to the East Village lifts and one can ski to within several hundred yards. Comfortable three bedrooms with two full baths. Big dining room table. Good hot water capacity and nice hot tub with great views of the mountains. Management company was responsive to a couple of minor issues. Outdoor ski locker is handy. Condo needs an operator's manual to include shuttle location and schedule, thermostat locations and operation, TV channels, etc.
