This house was originally built for the owners family not as a rental, they now want to share and have others enjoy it. I have been in many other places in the area available to rent and there is just no comparison. The views are amazing from each level. The beach is more of a private beach than packed public beach like Cape May Point or Stone Harbor. You can Kayak and Paddle board while other members of your group watch from one of the decks. If you have people in your group that enjoy the beach, but don't want to be in the sun and sand all day, they can relax from the main level covered deck and still enjoy their family at the same time. if you want to rent weekly intervals are Sunday to Sunday only. In season the Parkway is a parking lot on Saturday (standard turnover day) why spend hours in traffic each way when on Sunday there is less traffic. House is extensively cleaned between guests then inspected to make sure the property is ready for the next guest. Newer construction house situated on semi private beach of Delaware Bay. House has 4 levels with 2 decks and amazing views. Just imagine waking up and enjoying a fresh cup of coffee from the top deck as you overlook pods of dolphins, schools of fish, shore birds, butterflies and just the relaxing sounds of the waves and nature. Front row for sunset every night. 3 of 5 bedrooms have on suite bathroom., Both living room and bonus entertainment room have large flat screen tv. Garage space and elevator are excluded from rental. This is a one of a kind rental that has very high end finishes. This is not the regular Cape May rental that is prevalent is this market place. This property is close to other great beaches, signature golf, fine dining, wineries, and family activities. You are on the beach, semi private with usually just the people using it that have residences here. No tags required like Cape May Point, not crowded like almost every other beach. Also short walk to nearby old Ponderlodge golf course that has been taken over by state of NJ and is now a park with many marked hiking and jogging trails, very pretty worth a visit. Got a rain day there is local wineries and lots to do.
