This home is nine blocks from the beach and in the summer season comes with a beach box from June to mid September (storage on beach at the beach entrance stocked with beach chairs and umbrellas). The Washington Street Mall (downtown area) is one mile, or a 20 minute walk away. There Washington Inn, C-View, Peter Shields, and Vintage are all within a 15 minute walk from the house. Plenty of parking in the driveway plus street parking available. Home is attached to another on one side but everything is separate: backyards are separated by a tall fence and entrance and front porch are completely separate.
