The villa features a king bedroom with air conditioning and ceiling fan, a full bathroom with a spacious shower and magnified vanity mirror, and a comfortable living area with a queen-sized sofa sleeper, flat-screen television, DVD player, CD player, and two large chairs. Cathedral ceilings give the villa an airy feel, while the fully equipped kitchen includes a two-burner glass stove top, full refrigerator, toaster, coffee pot, blender, and indoor dining for 4. Point Pleasant Resort is approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. The resort is also close to Coki Beach, Coral World Ocean Park, the ferry to St. John, and Magens Bay. Shuttle service operates throughout the 15-acre property.

While island-wide power interruptions may occasionally occur, the resort is protected by a full-property backup generator system designed to keep guest units and essential resort services operating smoothly, including water, internet/Wi-Fi, restaurants, laundry facilities, and resort operations. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and smoking is prohibited in public areas and inside condominium units. We also recommend purchasing “cancel for any reason” travel insurance for added peace of mind.
