Access to a pool and is just down the road from the Tennis Village and the Old Stone Farmhouse restaurant. This condo has many advantages, including proximity to world famous beaches, to restaurants as well as Tutu, a central location for shopping.

Drink your coffee in the morning or have a cocktail in the evening on our deck with double sliding doors. Enjoy the ocean sea breeze throughout the living area as you enjoy the view.

Staying at the SeaRenity Condo in St Thomas you will be a short drive from Magen’s Bay, an iconic beach known for its white sand and expansive shoreline at the base of a deep inlet that keeps surf calm and makes swimming easy. Travel a few miles further to visit the other spectacular beaches St Thomas has to offer.

Experience fine dining at The Old Stone Farmhouse as it is on of the island’s most celebrated restaurants, known for extraordinary food and wine. Other recommended dining options include Root 42 Bar & Grill, Northside Grind, and Brooks Bar.

Tutu is the heart of the island, and it’s where you’ll find the only mall on St. Thomas. In addition, just down the road from Tutu is the islands only movie theater, as well as a pizzeria and two grocery markets comparable to Costco or Sam’s Club. Tutu is a prime destination, located just over the hill.
There is also a Ring spotlight camera covering your parking spot and stair entrance along with a ring doorbell next to the door covering the entire entrance for added security.

Great condo! The guest closet was one of the best stocked ones we've seen at a beach VRBO. They had a beach tent, a speaker, beach chairs, multiple floats and pool noodles, beach towels, snorkel equipment and a big cooler. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. The best part is definitely the big balcony. We ate every meal out there to enjoy the view! Dave is a very communicative host and overall a great person. We were stranded in St. Thomas for several days because of the mass flight cancelation in January and Dave reduced his minimum night stay requirement and offered a discount to help those that were stranded. He replies very quickly to any questions you have. I would highly recommend this property!

Great property on north side of island

Nice property. Was able to get a hold of the owners very easily and good communication leading up to the stay. I will certainly stay here again if I’m spending a few days on STT

Everything about our stay was outstanding. What more can be said about the view! Best on the island! Our host was always available if needed and provided not only the perfect property, but local suggestions as well. Would definitely return.

Amazing view from a spectacular condo

This is our third time in St. Thomas and by far the best place we have stayed. Dave is wonderful to work with and has great communication. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed including beach gear, snorkel gear, soap, shampoo, hair dryer, and a washer and dryer including detergent and dryer sheets. It was a great location in a gated community where we always felt safe. The view from every room and the balcony is absolutely beautiful. There was a community pool that we checked out but didn’t get a chance to use because we were busy enjoying the nearby beaches and numerous activities available on the island. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

An Enjoyable Stay

We had an enjoyable stay. Panoramic view from the large deck with comfy furniture is epic. Great location. Peaceful gated community, close to amenities in Red Hook/Havensight and beautiful north-side beaches. Aside from used grinds in coffeemaker, unit was very clean and tidy. Plenty of convenient beach towels/gear. View from the bathroom is gorgeous. (Note for very tall men, ceiling in shower is 6'6".) Keep some water on hand for power outages (happened one day). Mini splits did a great job cooling whole unit. One above the bed dripped occasionally during our last few days, so we just pulled the bed out a bit. Well stocked, large kitchen. Scraped/pitted cookware would best be replaced. Placed a pot to catch drips from a small leak under the kitchen sink. Property's rental car was very clean, convenient, more affordable than rental companies. It made a periodic grinding noise that gradually became less frequent - it operated fine, no lights on. Host was very quick to communicate about this/any issues that arose. He said we could decide whether to take the car to his mechanic, who suggested it be looked at. We didn't feel comfortable making decisions whether to have it seen, taking it for mechanic trips, or losing time for that during our stay. We all suspected sand/rock got into it. Ultimately, host arranged for servicing after our stay. On our very last night, some more concerning noises began. Glad it got us through our trip! Overall a pleasant stay and unforgettable view.

Rental with a View (and a car!)

My husband and I stayed at Dave’s rental for our honeymoon. He was so thorough and helpful, he was always able to answer any questions we had as well as giving us multiple heads up for power outages they had. It was great. The property itself was absolutely beautiful inside and out. Everything was clean and nicely set up, the view from the balcony was unreal. Most mornings we sat out there and watched the sunrise roll in over the ocean and the other islands. You could even see it from the bathroom and bedroom as well! The big bonus was that they have a car rental option available. It was well maintained and got us around the island many times. We enjoyed the independence it gave us as we didn’t have to rely on taxis when we wanted to go places. Being close to the beaches made it even better. Overall, the location and stay were just about perfect. We would definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again in the future.

Island Serenity!

My girlfriend and I just stayed here for a week. The location is perfect, and everything was a short drive drive away. We felt very safe in the community and the views we woke up to were second to none. The rental comes loaded with everything you would need; blender, speaker, beach bag/towels and more. We are already planning our next trip here and would love to stay here again!

We love this property

The condo is top notch and just perfect for the two of us. The views to the east, out of the bedroom and living room/kitchen are incredible. The condo is located in a gated community and is wonderfully quiet and secluded. There is only one other unit in the building and when you are inside, you have a sense of being completely private with no other people or units in sight. Both rooms have powerful A/C's but the cross breezes from the sea are so lovely, we hardly needed to use them. The kitchen is well stocked, and the unit is tastefully furnished. For us old folks, there are only 6 steps down from the parking space. Dave is an extremely responsive host. We will definitely return.

Best vacation ever

My fiancé and I stayed here for a week and loved every second of it. When we were at the condo we would open the sliders and there was such a nice ocean breeze we didn’t need to use the ac. They had everything we needed for the beach which made the vacation that much more enjoyable. We rented the car they offer and it was really convenient to just get a taxi to the condo from the airport and have the car there ready to go. The owners were extremely responsive and gave us great recommendations on food, beaches and excursions. We will definitely be back!!! Highly recommend, you CANNOT beat the view.

Unbelievable view

Very happy we stayed here. BEAUTIFUL UNMATCHED VIEW. Very nice condo with tons of extras. Car was great. More free beach equipment than you will ever need. Felt very safe with gated community and very peaceful. Great communication with host. Very satisfied and would recommend to family and friends.

Beyond Spectacular view of turquoise Caribbean Sea overlooking US and British Virgin Islands

Words cannot do this unbelievable view from every room overlooking the Caribbean Sea and Islands justice! It was truly magical . The gorgeous breeze , waves crashing below and magnificent full moon right over the sea were amazing !! The living room opened to a huge full length patio with super comfy lounge chairs . And open air shower ! Condo had every amenity you could need and Dave was so gracious and available for any questions. Having the car rental as an option is an absolute must !!!!! We definitely recommend it . We were able to get out and explore the whole island as well as take it over by ferry to St John and explore . The location of the condo was by far the best area to be in St Thomas . Mahogany Run is beautiful, great for morning walks . Pool was close by as well. Short drive to some beautiful beaches . We definitely recommend day trip to St John to see Trunk Bay Beach too. We had made reservations before we even came down at the Old Stone Farmhouse as it looked beautiful and had wonderful reviews… it is probably one of the most beautiful restaurants I have ever been to and the food was amazing … such a magical evening and best part is it is 5 minutes from the condo right in Mahogany Run . I could go on and on . Can’t say how happy we were just hanging out at condo and chilling with our cocktails . Def grocery shop at Moe’s market only down in Red Hook ! They have everything and checkout Hook’d while you are there . It’s also where you grab ferry to St John .

Awesome place.

We usually take our family trip to the USVI St.Thomas. we would usually stay in a little hotel but this time we tried VRBO and found this condo. The views were amazing and the condo was stocked with everything a family could need it was more room then what we needed for our family of 4. They provided beach equipment and Dave was very attentive to our questions. Will definitely recommend!!

More than expected

This place has everything I need for island vacation. Clean and modern big rooms and kitchen. beautiful ocean view from anywhere in the house, sweet tropical breeze. Host Dave is very kind and thoughtful, prepared everything I need for beach, lots of towel, beach chair, even snorkeling equipments. It was the most satisfying stay on my Caribbean travel.

My name is Dave and my wife's name is Kellie. We are from a small town on the coast about 40 minutes north of Boston, MA.

I enjoy being on my boat, fishing, snorkeling, the beach and spending time with my friends and family.
We went to St Thomas on a cruise for our honeymoon and fell in love with the island.
After saving for many years we were able to buy our dream vacation home.
It is such a beautiful place we wanted to share it with others .

I chose this quite serene condo in a gated community because there is nothing better than waking up in the morning, opening up the double sliding doors and enjoying my coffee with my most important people. Having a cocktail on the deck, with a nice meal, music and the colorful shy in the evening, is the best way to end a day in the sun. The property is clean, the neighbors are friendly, and the pool is well maintained. Location is key! Our SeaRenity is centrally located while also in a safe and quiet area way up high on the hill for views like you've never seen. Looking out at the islands you can see St John, along with many other Islands and the BVIs. My family I enjoy playing games on the deck and just simply relaxing in this space. We know you will too! You will love it here!
