Awesome Weekend

We literally loved everything this house had to offer… from the cleanliness of the house, to the comfy beds, to the nice cool pool for that Arizona sun. We all really enjoyed our stay from the little to the oldest one of us. Thanks for making our last weekend before school a memorable one.

Great house

Nice layout lots of room. The house was very clean and well apportioned. Trudy was in touch if you needed her. The pool was refreshing and the backyard furniture was a delight. Would definitely recommend this house and would stay again.

The house was comfortable, spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed. The host was prompt in responding and provided clear easy to follow instructions and information about activities in the area. The house was clean but the bedding (sheets/pillows)didn't appear sanitized. Overall, we had a great experience.

We are sorry for any inconvenience. There is only the one camera that is used to show anyone entering the back door to garage and we clearly mention in the guest info. binder that cameras are on all entrances into the home for our guests safety and to verify occupancy. We never want our guests to feel uncomfortable and if you want to cover the camera with a plastic grocery bag or something that will not damage the camera, you are more than welcome to anytime during your stay or let us know and we will be more than happy to come over and cover it for you. I assure you we very rarely look at the cameras and I guarantee you if we do, it's because we received an alert there was movement by that door or we have received a complaint from neighbor or law enforcement. Again we apologize for you feeling uncomfortable and we will post this in more places in the home. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We are glad to see you was happy with everything else and would like for you to stay again in the future.

Amazing Property

This property was exactly what we were hoping for! Very clean, quiet, and private. Anthony and Trudy were very attentive and checked in frequently to ensure everything was good. This property definitely exceeded our expectations! We cannot wait to come back!

R and R at the Havasu Retreat

We totally enjoyed our stay . the kids were in the pool within five minutes of dropping our suitcases. We Traveled to Havasu for Memorial Day Weekend , Our plan was to get to the lake early, but the home was so comfortable we took our time to get out on the water! It worked out perfect . We enjoyed the spacious and super clean home with abundant amenities. They did not skip a beat with making sure the home was stocked with everything you can think of For every age. .... just like home. We also utilized the personal Uber/Lyft services to get around town when my husband didn’t want to unhook our boat. Trudy was an awesome house manager. She helped us with ALL questions and concerns. Very accommodating. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks.

Nice property

Had a great time. Very clean and spacious. Only down side was that pool was absolutely freezing. 😥 Talked to house manager and she said that they had just refilled before we got there. Was kind of a let down because we picked a house with a pool to be able to use it more. But all in all was a good experience.

I'm glad the house met your expectations. Sorry, the pool water wasn't a warmer temperature, but as I mentioned in the messages prior to you reserving the home and as it states very clearly on the listing, the pool is not heated.

Relaxing comfortable and fully stocked.

We had such a good time staying in this hone. We were so pleased with all of the amenities and thoughtful touches! Trudy was ama I gotta , we called her to get a local recommendation and revived eight! She was the most informative and gracious property manager we have dealt with in eight years renting on this platform.

Truly the most enjoyable stay!

Our group had the best time! We arrived to a house equipped with everything we could possibly need to have a perfect trip! The house was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. Our group is already coordinating what’s dates we all have free to return again. We want you to feel confident that everything will be ready and waiting for your arrival. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood (off-the -beaten path) But yet close to fine dining, nightlife, car wash, boat, RV and ATV dealerships. Bashas Supermarket is just 2 blocks away.
In 2.3 miles you can launch your boat at the new Havasu Riviera Marina.
Hop on Hwy 95 and arrive at The London Bridge, downtown or just about anywhere in less than 5-10 min an avoid having to navigate through several homes and streets that populate the area.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Private back yard, two covered patios and large sparkling pool that is serviced weekly. Three king bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, gives everyone plenty of space. Our new addition includes a bar that converts into a poker, roulette and craps table. We have also had artificial grass put in for you to enjoy playing corn hole or what ever you desire. Right side of garage is available to park in. Free Wi-Fi included. Cleaned from top to bottom between every stay and located within in serval businesses.
