Situated right on Greers Ferry Lake, this spacious home will comfortably accommodate 14 guests and provide you with all of the amenities you will need to make this an unforgettable experience!

The Space:
Inside, you will be greeted by an updated, open – concept interior that will be perfect for entertaining family and friends. The right side of the home features a dining room table that seats 10, a bar that seats 4, and a large kitchen stocked with all of the cookware & utensils that you will need to cook a gourmet meal. The other side of the main common area has a living room with a large sectional, TV, and fireplace. Head downstairs, and you will find the perfect hangout space. With a pool table and easy access to the outside, this will sure be a well-used area during your stay! Step outside, and you will be met with gorgeous views of Greers Ferry Lake. The back deck has plenty of space for entertaining with an outdoor table, chairs, and grill. If you head down the outside stairs, you will be greeted with an expansive backyard + fire pit. When you are not spending your time in the gorgeous back yard or swimming at the lake, connect to the free WiFi, cable TV, or curl up and read a book in the comfortable sectional. Come nighttime, 4 bedrooms will comfortably accommodate 14 guests. Adults will especially love the master bedroom offering views of Greers Ferry Lake, and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and elegant double sink vanity.

The Location:
Located in the heart of Heber Springs, this home is just a short drive to Dam Site Marina & Rec where swimming areas + boat rentals are located. It is also just a 5 minute drive to Downtown Heber Springs where you will find restaurants, antique shops, boutiques, and a movie theater. There are also two award winning national trails located nearby that are perfect if you are looking for to get outside and explore nature. Heber Springs is also home to the Little Red River. The Little Red River extends 32 miles, and it’s icy cold water makes it a world – class trout stream and haven for fishing enthusiasts.

Excellent choice in Heber Springs - Lake view - not access

Convenient to downtown Heber Springs. 20 minutes from the Heber Springs Marina; and about 5-10 minutes from the Dam Site Marina. The management company acted quickly and professionally when informed some paper goods were missing upon arrival. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the balcony has amazing views of the lake. I wish the basement had a bathroom, as 6 bunk beds are set up in a single room, and there is no bathroom downstairs. All appliances were in working order, and it was climate controlled and felt safe to take walks in the neighborhood. I strongly recommend it - with the hope that the bathroom situation can be rectified some day.

It was gorgeous. Could use an extra bed in the 2 big rooms. Or sofa pullout. Plenty of space. Not enough beds. For older grown kids girls and boys didn’t all Want to sleep in the bunks. They could be spread in the dog kennel room etc. otherwise great.

Perfect and convenient

This property was amazing. Very clean, well stocked with plenty of towels, rags, dishes, comfortable beds, plenty of space, beautiful view. Everything is literally 5 minutes down the road like walmart, DG, marina, ice cream parlor, restaurants, auto zone, and just far enough into the neighborhood you feel like you are secluded with privacy. The kids loved it and had plenty to stay occupied with. The property manager was wonderful. We told her about a chair that was broken with we got there to make sure no one thought we did it and she was so apologetic and understanding. We will definitely be back! 1 million star rating!

False promises and karens for neighbors

The arcade machine didnt work, and she told me she would have someone come look at it, and they never did. Also i guess the neighbors had never seen a diesel truck and called her complaining about it, claiming we were speeding when we never went over 20mph.

2021 4B family get away

The house was nice inside. The long flight of stairs to the lower level needs a handrail for safety. We were never able to get the downstairs TV to work but the kids were too busy to watch much anyway. The outside deck very much needs some maintenance. A couple of boards had been replaced and many more needed to be. We joked that it was NOT the place to do the group family photo as we weren’t sure it would take the weight of everybody in one place. The outdoor table had large sections rotted out and missing. Overall we enjoyed the house and our stay.

A gorgeous home with an even better view!

My parents had a house on the lake here when I was growing up, so we took my Mom (79) up for a "memories" trip. The house, I cannot overstate, is beautiful. Decorated beautifully, plenty of room, everything you could need (coffee, coffeemaker, ice maker, blenders, dishes, hairdryer, towels, etc). The beds/bedrooms were comfortable, and the pool table downstairs made for a fun evening for my husband and I. The property has a sprawling view of the lake, and we enjoyed watching the sunrise while drinking coffee and watching the early-morning fishing boats give way to larger boats full of family and friends pulling tubes, etc. Just gorgeous. Beautiful and comfortable patio furniture. The location is wonderful and was familiar to us being so close to our old place. Stores, etc. are all a 3-5 minute drive, and it's only about 7 to 10 minutes down to the dam site and river locations. This was more house than we needed for the 3 of us, but it made for an absolutely beautiful, relaxing weekend, sharing all the stories of my childhood here and how much my father loved raising me on the water!

Beautiful Views and Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We have stayed at Diamond Bluffs before and this location was so much more convenient but still had beautiful views of the lake. The house itself was very cozy and decorated nicely. It was spacious and we had more than enough room for our family of four. It is on a cliffside overlooking the lake, but the property is fenced in by a short stone wall near the lake. The hostess was very accommodating and allowed for a slightly later check out. The only negatives I can think of is that the patio furniture needs to be updated (though they have brand new ones boxed in the garage, so I anticipate this is going to be fixed soon). Some of the lightbulbs did not work on the table lamps. Otherwise, everything was great and we hope to be back again soon!

Great stay over the holidays

WOW what an amazing view!

We met some family members for a girls weekend and this beautiful home was perfect! The kitchen is wonderful and the open concept into the living that all shared that amazing view was the perfect place for us to all enjoy every minute! My only suggestions is the great room downstairs needs more comfortable mattresses on the bunks and a half bath in here would have just been the cherry on top!

Perfect fit for our family

The property is exactly as described. 7 in our Family so we had plenty of space for cooking, relaxing, shooting pool and visiting. Beautiful views from deck and throughout the house. Perfect kitchen, laundry and entertainment. Hanna was very good about fixing slightest last minute needs. Will return soon.

What a View! Just what we needed!

Beautiful. It has everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets were sooo soft...slept like a baby. We had plenty of room for everyone. Easy to find and close to everywhere we wanted to go. Only problem we had was the oven, but they are working on the solution for us now. I would definatly stay again and again. Thank You!

Family New Years Reunion at All Decked Out!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this house with it's beautiful peaceful views and large gathering areas in the living room, dining room, and kitchen. It really lends itself well to connecting conversations and family games. We were sad that the fireplace is in poor working order and lets smoke out into the living area. It definitely needs inspection and repair to vent properly. After the first day, we had to stop using it, and it was one of the things we had really been looking forward to.I also have found the oven in this house to be quite a nuisance over the years when staying here. It blows a lot of heat out into the house, and it really would be better if there were a double oven since people who visit are typically cooking for crowds. It is easy to find and conveniently located and it was easy to get in touch with the agent with our questions. I would recommend it to others if the issues with the fireplace and oven were fixed.

All Decked Out

We had a great Christmas with our family at this beautiful lake house. The kitchen has all you need, but would have liked a few more serving dishes. Top of the line appliances and plenty of space for entertaining. The Televisions in the bedrooms only get 2 channels. The bunk beds are a bit hard for adults, but came in real handy. The weather was beautiful and we sat out on the deck and enjoyed the awesome lake view.

What a beautiful lake house! Plenty of room for a large family. Amazing views of the lake. All the amenities you'd ever need. We were more than happy with our short stay in Heber Springs and plan to come back soon.
