This meticulously kept lake-house is a summer paradise within a small lake community just 20 minutes from the entertainment delights of downtown Grand Rapids!

What you will find here:

Master bedroom, master bathroom, walk in
closet and projection movie room downstairs
just a few feet away from a deck with the
hot tub and 2nd fire-pit, (both with views of the lake).
Up the stairs you will find another deck that also faces the lake, two more bedrooms, another full bathroom, large living and dining area with a modern kitchen and an island and dining table to gather around.
(Views of the lake can be seen from just about
every window of the main cottage).
Across the small semi private street is a 2nd
lot of the same size that is home to the two car garage and the secluded 384 square foot Hangout Bar that includes yet another private deck and large fire pit.

Your day:
After a full day of romping around on the lake,
possibly exploring the island or one of the many
other lake communities, come back and relax in
the renovated garage bar appropriately named
The Hangout which overlooks a large private deck and fire-pit just a few feet away! Then grab a drink and hang out in the hot tub overlooking the lake and a second fire pit.
After that you can enjoy your time lounging
around the main house watching the sun set
from one of two leather sofas facing a massive
flat screen television and elevated view of most
of the lake. Or head to the basement and kick on the projection TV in yet another space to unwind within. When you're FINALLY ready to retire to your room you will be happy to find a large modern television in each bedroom with
all the popular streaming channels: Netflix,
Amazon, Hulu, AND Roku.

What to expect for summer 2019 (not shown in photos):

-Will be sampling different types of kayaks. No powerboat available as of now.
-Updated furniture. Updated televisions. Not all shown in photos yet.
-Changing downstairs office to a movie room with projection TV.
-Adding a sound system to the bar.
-Adding new bar stools.
-Adding an arcade system in the bar.
-Adding a pool table to the bar area.
-Adding a dart board to the bar.
-Possibly adding a projection TV behind the bar viewable from the fire-pit and bar deck. And possibly adding a Foosball table.
