The Town of Vail Bus is free and just steps away from the townhouse. The location could not be better with every imaginable shopping needs less than half mile away including Safeway, Dry Cleaners, Ace Hardware, Liquor Store, Subway, Gas Station, Sports Authority and more. Eagle/Vail airport is approximately 35-40 minutes away and Denver International Airport is approximately two hours. The complex has a heated pool for use in the summer months that is open from May 31 through August 31. Additionally there is an indoor Jacuzzi available for the winter months.

Our home is cozy and convenient... just want you want for your stay in Vail. Come ski in the winter, fly fish in the summer... or just come visit because you want to. Any time of year, Vail is a wonderful destination. The townhome has two bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master has a king bed with an en suite bathroom, the second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a full bathroom next door. All linens and mattresses are new. Upstairs between the two bedrooms is a den with a comfortable sitting area equipped with a 42” LCD TV/Cable/DVD player.

Downstairs has a full bath, living room area, dining room area with seating for 6 and a laundry room. There is a 60” inch LCD TV/Cable/DVD player in the main living room with a complete line up of cable channels. There is a SONOS speaker system for music - download the app and listen to your favorite music. The kitchen has stainless appliances and a laundry room with a new full size washer and dryer as well as lots of storage for your gear. The kitchen has been newly remodeled as well as all 3 of the bathrooms.

We only allow a MAXIMUM of 4 guests…so sorry, but no “sofa sleepers” or anything of that nature. If it is apparent that more than the allowable guests per their rental agreement are staying at the condo, a renter’s deposit will be forfeited.
