With our fully stocked kitchen (truly, you will want for nothing) a family of 4 can save $300-$500 a day over a Vail Valley hotel stay just by not having to eat out for every meal! This private town home with private backyard with gas grill and hot tub, brand new deck and sofa style furniture (in the summer), one car garage with EV charger (plus two outdoor spots), front balcony with expansive mountain views, laundry, cable and internet and room to sleep 8 comfortably will be the setting for your most memorable vacation.

All three bedrooms are situated upstairs to provide separation from the party still going on downstairs with a large Master Bedroom ensuite with double vanity bathroom and large shower. There is an upstairs Guest bedroom with 2 bunk beds that will sleep 4, and another guest room with a comfy queen bed setup. These two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom with tub/shower. There is new oversized sofa and loveseat in the main living area. Also on the main floor is the kitchen, dining area, living area, back deck with private hot tub and gas grill. Just off the living room is a front patio with two chairs perfect for savoring a cup of coffee while taking the sweeping views of Vail mountain and the Gore Mountain range. A wood burning fireplace completes the comfort of the living room. The lower entry level has the one car garage and laundry room. There is Apple TV as well as high speed internet. Boot and glove dryers are plug-in ready in the back garage storage closet. The back deck has a 4 season hot tub that can accommodate 5 adults. In the summer, sofa style furniture and a large umbrella and gas grill is where the late afternoon relaxation occurs.

This home will give you the privacy you want with no noise impact of the highway below (many of the homes in Vail are just a stones throw away from busy interstate 70) and the convenience to enjoy the entire Vail Valley.
