Beautifully remodeled ground floor corner unit in Building 20, with Pacific Ocean views! From the front Lanai, there is a broad green lawn, lined with palm trees that take you to one of the most beautiful swimming and surfing beaches in the world. Our one bedroom, first floor, end-unit welcomes you to relax and enjoy the island breezes and lifestyle. Fully stocked kitchen, queen sleeper sofa in LR and king size bed in bedroom. Not only is the beach just a short stroll from the condo, (60 seconds), it's also within walking distance from great restaurants, shops and wonderful farmers markets! Also, you have free access to the Poipu Athletic Club, which includes a pool, tennis courts and fitness equipment.

Great stay!

Wonderful stay, would return to this unit in a heartbeat. Perfectly situated (close to the beach and pool but feels quiet) and very comfortable.

Really lovely, clean, updated place, great location on a beach, and right next to Poipu Beach with good snorkeling, calm area for littles, and sea turtles! Ground floor with walk-out lanai was absolutely the best decision with a kiddo. Oh, and just steps from the pool, food, some shops. Zero regrets and we'd definitely book it again!

lovely place to stay

Beautiful place to stay. Only problem is the sprinkler system that goes off at 4:45 am just outside the bedroom window, and that is a landscaper adjustment.

Beautiful condo

This unit has been completely remodeled and is lovely. The property is beautiful and located near the beach but also near enough to walk to coffee and shopping. Great place to stay while in Kauai!

Beautiful condo in a beautiful setting!

We had the most wonderful winter holiday in this renovated ground floor condo. The condo had all the amenities we would ever want with updated appliances and stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen and beyond. We enjoyed exploring Poipu and the ability to walk to many restaurants and shops!

We absolutely loved this unit -- perfectly sized for 2 people and the decor was so beautiful. The view from the patio out to the palm trees and gardens was so soothing and lovely. Couldn't have been better!

Peace in Paradise

Tranquil mornings with coffee on the patio, evening walks, a glass of wine and cards in the late afternoon were some of our favorite things in this well equipped Kiahuna property!

Perfection

This place is in "like new" condition and is in an ideal location at Kiahuna. Close to the beach, walking paths, retail center, restaurants, etc. Overall great experience and we will definitely be back.

Great remodel

We have been coming to the Kiahuna for over 40 years and stayed in many units, some old style, some remodeled, but this is one of the best remodels. Open ,airy and comfortable. NIce quiet location not too far from the beach and away from the road and parking lots.

Beautiful Condo!

My family loves Kiahuna Plantation- we have stayed on this property several times. We love the charm of the huge trees and open lawns, plus you can't ask for a better beach. This was, without question, the nicest unit we have stayed in. It is beautifully remodeled. Modern, open, and clean. The location is excellent. My kids (10 and 7) love running around on the huge lawn that is accessed right off the lanai. We love being able to supervise them while sitting outside with coffee or a book. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach, so it is super easy to head over for a quick swim, walk, workout, surf, snorkel, etc. I would definitely stay here again, it was a super relaxing vacation. Fabulous Condo!

This was our first time to Kauai and I have to say, Donna’s condo is absolute perfection! It’s exactly what we were looking for and very nice remodel. Beautiful view of the grass courtyard and tropical plants from the lanai. The beach is a 2 min. walk (at most) and the path to walk to the pool is right in front of this building. Very convenient. We have a 3 yr old so we really appreciated the little details like beach toys and the boogie board. In hindsight we would have stayed both of our two weeks in Kauai at Donna’s condo in Poipu! We had a wonderful stay, the location, the kiahuna grounds, the beach, it was all perfect!!! Final note, our stay was in October and we had a few really hot, humid days with little to no breeze and the AC is a gamechanger!! Thanks Donna for sharing your beautiful condo!!!

Look no Further

This condo exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect location within the complex. A short stroll to the beach, easy access to parking, and quiet. Did I say quiet? Peaceful, and well insulated, there were people staying on the second floor and we did not hear a footstep. Enjoyed breakfast on the lanai every morning. The condo is nicely updated, with AC and a great kitchen and bathroom. The only upgrade I would suggest is a new hairdryer, and a beach umbrella for the sunny days at the beach. Beach chairs and towels are available daily for no fee at the kiosk next to the beach, there are also lounge chairs on the lawn area above the beach area. We will certainly be back and hopefully this unit will be available for us.

Beautiful Rental

During this trip, our families rented 4 condos at the Kiahuna Plantation. My parents stayed in this condo and it was by far the nicest. It has been recently upgraded and the interior was very nice. We would definitely like to stay in the property again. The owners even gave my parents flowers when they arrived.
