Beautiful, recently renovated 2 bedrooms, two bath oceanfront condo in beautiful Sea Grove Beach Florida. Conveniently located on prestigious 30-A away from the crowded beaches in Destin and Panama City. This condo features new 2 recently installed king-size beds and is absolutely perfect for couples. It also has an extended covered balcony with an outdoor couch, bouncy chair and rocking chair as well as a ceiling fan!! Designer decorated and full kitchen. You will have access to the oceanfront swimming pool as well as a state of the art modern workout facility. Great restaurants, golfing, and many attractions are close by.

This condo was one of the best, if not the best that we have ever stayed in. It was very clean, up to date and perfect location. We loved the extra space on the balcony. It made it so easy to put our beach equipment there without having to take it in and out of the apartment. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the area. Richard was the best host! He called to check on us to see if we needed anything during our week. Highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic Condo

We have stayed at One Seagrove Place at least 10 times and this unit is by far the best!My wife and daughters loved the decor. The communication with Richard was great. The extended patio is great along with all the chairs and beach supplies provided as well.It was a fantastic trip and we will definitely be renting this unit again.Thank you!!

Perfect vacation

We had an incredible time at Seagrove Beach. The condo was perfect. Richard literally has thought of everything you would need on your vacation. Loved the 13 floor beach view. We were able to see dolphins and sting rays most mornings as we drank coffee on the balcony. The nook on the balcony was the perfect place to read a book. Richard checked in on us to make sure if we needed it. The beds are really comfortable and we loved the showers. And the gym in the building was a bonus. We will be coming back to this condo for sure!

We had an absolutely lovely time! The condo was exactly as described and super comfortable. We had a great time enjoying the restaurants and shops within walking distance. Richard and Lisa are incredibly kind and gracious hosts.

Beach trip

I visited with my daughter for the second year in a row to this condo but I loved this unit. It was clean, decorated nicely, bed was comfy , had 2 king beds. The extra space on the balcony was a fun hang out spot and the extra chairs and umbrella was nice to have. Kitchen was well equipped and the location was perfect, love that there is a fresh seafood market right next door and being in between Seaside and Rosemary Enjoyed our stay very much and will return.

The condo is amazing. The balcony was more than expected because we had a bigger balcony than the other rooms there. The beds were comfortable and the showers were very nice. Everything was up to date. Only downfall is that if you want to go to the beach you need to go down and set up early because it’s also a public access beach so it will be very crowded. We went down our last day and set up around 7am then went back to the room for a bit but that ensured we had a spot for the day. All in all though we would stay there again.

We had a wonderful time. The condo is beautifully decorated. Loved the extra balcony area and the swing chair. It is right on the beach and close to shopping and eating!! We will definitely stay here again!!

Excellent location!

The condo was the perfect size for us. Parking was close and convenient. The condo is right on the beach, so access was easy. The bed was super comfortable and the balcony space was fantastic. Supplies included the usual kitchen items and starter supplies such as TP, paper towels, 1 extra garbage bag, bar soap, hand soap, and a couple dishwasher pods. Guests will want to bring beach towels, laundry supplies, and their own consumables. The location was an easy walk to nearby restaurants. Thanks for a great stay and we hope to return!convenient.

Wonderful Family Gathering

Lovely decor! Large TVs in every room and Direct Tv was great. Good lighting and mirrors in the bathroom. Nice shower head and pressure. Things take forever to dry in the bathroom so it was helpful to have a dryer. Bedrooms are just big enough for the furniture provided. King beds- one was soft (pillow top, I believe) and the other firm.Good sized kitchen compared with another unit that 4 other family members rented. We had plenty of everything to host all 8 of us, both inside and on the patio with enough space and chairs. The patio area is such a bonus that most of the units do not have!Unit was conveniently located near the elevator. Being on the 13th floor was a benefit for the awesome view, including watching the pelicans and osprey fly by at that level.Richard was very available, generous in meeting our needs and offering suggestions. A minor maintenance issue was fixed promptly.

Great stay at One Seagrove Place.

This unit is really nice. Well decorated and clean. Updated recently. The views are spectacular from the 13th floor. Close to the elevators and never had to wait long for them. Beach is easy to get to. Richard was super great to work with. We will be back!

Great place and host!

Richard is a great host. Communication was excellent and he was available day or night and extremely responsive. The condo was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Check in was fast and easy and the included parking was right in front of the building. The condo looks right down on the beach on a high floor so there is a fantastic view. Quick walk from the elevator to the beach. Thank you Richard. We will be back!

We live in Atlanta and often go to our piece of heaven. We have made sure it is just not a rental but a true home. Best towels and bedding. Everyone misses our beds when they return home. We have a large TV in all rooms for movie nights. I am a founding Angel for a large rescue called Angels Among Us. You will see original art of our dogs on the walls.

It has amazing ocean front views. You can cook and see the ocean. You wake up to the view and sounds of the sea. The balcony has great chairs and an extra covered room with a couch, rocking chair, and bouncy chair.

Due to One Seagrove Place policies, at least one of the renters needs to be at least 25 years old.
