We loved having a balcony and the beach/ocean view from inside the condo. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Would recommend it to our friends and family.

Fabulous stay, gorgeous beach

The only thing missing is a tea Kettle..... coffee pot yeah, no tea kettle... A full length mirror would also be nice. Otherwise the view was AWESOME as always and the place was nice and clean, can't wait to go back

Great Condo

nice view from the apartment

Overall, the stay was decent, and the location was good with a view. However, the appliances were quite old, the crockery could use an update, and the bedsheets were not as clean as expected but were changed after we complained about it to the building With some improvements in these areas, it could have been a much better experience.

Great location - condo need a little refreshing

We had a wonderful first-time experience in 30A! The location was amazing — close to everything and just a short walk to the beach. Be aware that it’s a public beach access point, so it can get a bit crowded during peak times, but it was still beautiful and convenient. The Redfish Rental team (the brothers) were fantastic — super helpful, responsive, and made check-in and the entire process smooth and stress-free. The condo itself was nice and well-equipped, but the white couch definitely needs an update. It had some visible stains, which made it harder to relax after a day in the sun. I ended up using towels to line the cushions — thankfully, there were plenty of clean towels provided, which was a huge plus. Overall, a great spot and a solid stay — with just a little furniture refresh, it would be perfect!

Great condo

We love 1302, have stayed in it a couple times. We had 2 issues. A very dirty bowl in the cabinet and there’s a broken hinge in the corner cabinet by the bottom of the fridge. I have pics if you want. Thanks!

You cant beat the views

This was a spring break vacation. The condo is in the best location. Redfish took care of us everyday with chair and umbrella rentals. The front desk staff was amazing. The security guards were very kind. We were a little disappointed in a few kitchen items being very outdated and broken. This was our first time staying in a condo where everything is thrown away if not used at the end of your stay. I understand the liability issues with this, but I struggled with the wastefulness in it. We would definitely recommend the stay. Just take salt, pepper, and any spices you might need and only buy exactly what you will use. My Daddy always said that Florida was where he went to rest his soul. One Seagrove Place most assuredly has ours. We will be BACK!

Late Summer

This is not our first stay at One Seagrove. The last time we stayed here was during the pandemic. We knew that the condos were a bit small and the bathrooms were a bit small, but this is what we expected and is fine a short stay and for only two people, we were pleasantly surprised to see that there was a significant upgrade to the entrance and the overall look of One Seagrove was much improved from the last time we stayed there. The condo we found completely clean and appropriately appointed. The beds were comfortable. The only complaint I have is that there were no coffee filters and the utensils were sparse. The owners managed to put a table with chairs and two lounge chairs on the small deck which made staying on the deck much improved over other condos I have stayed in Onee Seagrove. I would recommend this condo.

Great property but unit needs work!

One Seagrove Place is a great property in a very convenient location, providing accommodations that are all beach view. The only thing about the property I have to say is that the pool area needs aesthetic attention. Compared to other beach condo properties where I’ve stayed, it is outdated, looks old and just forgotten. It was clean and nice and cool but that’s about it. Regarding the unit, I’ve stayed in many beach condos and this one needs a lot of work! The lighting is very inadequate except for the kitchen and the natural light. All the lighting fixtures have a yellow/amber lightbulb that barely emits any light and made the whole unit very dim at night and yellow! The second bedroom was so dark we couldn’t even see in the daytime and had to use our phone light at times. The ice maker in the fridge didn’t work and neither did the countertop ice machine. There were very minimal tools and cookware to work with, and the small appliances are very cheap and inadequate. There aren’t nearly enough electrical outlets and there is zero counter space (or adequate lighting) in either bathroom for getting ready/dressed. The master shower is large and nice but the bath/tub in second bath had a nasty shower curtain liner. It was so dirty we had to wash it and still the mold and mildew at the bottom didn’t come off. The furniture on the balcony is old and rotting and one chair is completely broken and the chaise lounges aren’t far behind. Aesthetically, furniture and decor need to be updated and a little pop of color added. It’s very white. The kitchen has very nice glass turquoise tiles and tiles under the bar. The bathrooms have tile showers and surrounds that are nice. It would be nice if the owners would show some love to the rest of the unit. I hate leaving such a negative review, but I also feel a review is to help lead to improvements where needed. There were 4 of us and we all had the same thoughts. This unit has much potential! Great location! Having said all that, we still had a wonderful time and would love to stay at One Seagrove Place again!
