PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS, WE HAVE INCREASED OUR USE OF BLEACH AND DISINFECTING PRODUCTS. WE HAVE ALWAYS USED CLOROX BLEACH PRODUCTS, BUT IN ADDITION, WE ARE NOW WIPING DOWN ALL SURFACES WITH DISINFECTING TOWELS. THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OUR GUESTS REMAINS OUR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY. WE WANT TO PROVIDE A RELAXING SPOT FOR YOU TO FORGET YOUR WORRIES AND ENJOY THE BEAUTY OF OUR AREA!

This vacation cottage is available for rent in Alexandria Bay, found in the beautiful 1,000 Islands region of New York State.

The house offers three bedrooms (one king, one queen, one full), sofa/futon, giant living room with a new large sectional sofa and flat screen TV, kitchen w/ dining area, one and one 1/2 bathrooms and three outdoor decks.

Newly added water softener and UV Light system to ensure a clean, safe water supply.

We realize that it's tough to board pets when you leave for vacation so that's why we're pet friendly for cats and dogs as long as your pets are clean and flea free. We also require that you pick up outside after your pets. It's the law and we have disposal cans, too! Thanks :)

The village of Alexandria Bay is one mile away, where there is shopping and restaurants galore. Boldt Castle and Singer Castle can be toured via Uncle Sams Boat Tours. The Canadian border is a stone's throw away; bring your passport! Kingston, Ont., is only 30 minutes from the Thousand Islands Bridge.

Things to do:

Visit Boldt Castle and Singer Castle. You can do this by hopping on an Uncle Sam Boat Tour boat! They have tours leaving several times per day.

Walk across the Thousand Islands Bridge!! It's a once in a lifetime thing to do while you're here! Information is available on the Thousand Islands Bridge website.

Swim in the St. Lawrence River. Access it from the Scenic View Park off of Sisson Street in Alexandria Bay, NY. There is a public beach there. Or you can take a trip to Clayton, NY and swim off the shore at Frink Park!

Awesome property - the cottage was super roomy and met all of our needs. We will definitely book this spot again. We even saw some of the fireworks from the front door!

This property was amazing! Quiet, clean, large and the hosts had everything you could imagine! Hosts were a text away and responded right away. Close to everything and far enough way where it was very relaxing! I highly recommend this location!

family getaway

I stayed at this location with my wife, son and dog and the place was absolutely amazing. Very clean and felt like home just by walking in the door. Being able to bring our dog was a huge plus! I wish we could of stayed longer but we will definitely being booking again for this property.

Loved it!

This cottage was exactly what we expected. It was clean, very roomy, very comfortable and Bob Grande was an excellent host. I would definitely recommend this cottage and would stay there again myself.

A great place for a family vacation

The location of the property was perfect. It was very private and and quiet and just a short distance to Alexandria Bay. The cottage was very clean and comfortable with plenty of room. We made use of the air conditioners and enjoyed sitting around the fire pit at night. The owner was very attentive and check in/check out went smoothly. We hope to return again soon.

Excellent experience

My family really enjoyed staying at this cottage. It is very close to all the attractions. Temperature was in the mid 90’s all week so the air conditioning was very much appreciated. The owner was very responsive. I would definitely recommend! We can’t wait to go back next year!

Friends weekend

8 adults stayed here we had plenty of space and really enjoyed the house. The town of Alexandria was very cute, most things were closing for the season but we did still get to experience the boat tour, do some shopping and eat at a few local places. We also traveled to the next town over for the pumpkin chunkin festival which was a lot of fun. Thanks to Bob for recommending this!

Nice spot

A nice spot for families right outside of the Village of Alex Bay. The house was spacious and allowed dogs which helps families who bring their pets on vacation too. The laundry on site was super helpful for our family with small children. Everything was there! Only had to bring yourself, clothes and groceries..

Exceptional stay

This property was everything that we were looking for - it was absolutely perfect! The house was very clean and comfortable and on a very private lot. We visited Alex Bay for our daughter's wedding at Boldt Castle. The owner has excellent prompt communication and helped to make our wedding vacation the best it could possibly be. I would highly recommend staying at this rental property! Bob is an amazing host. Thank you Bob for everything!

Outstanding service and location!!

Great value! 4 adults for birthday celebration. Loved the quiet safe neighborhood. Able to walk along the road mornings and evenings which takes you to the river. House was perfect for us. the main living room was huge and furnished to allow everyone to sit and watch TV or just chill admiring the log cabin interior around us, which included a beautiful rustic hand built natural edge bar. The fire pit in back yard was a nice spot. Bob, the host was amazing. Response time fast (several minutes in most cases). At 8:00am on our last day, I texted him and asked for late checkout and offered to pay additional amount. He answered within minutes and said we could stay until 5:00 with no additional fee, since he had no-one checking in until the following day. That's customer service above and beyond. Thank you Bob! We'll be back.

This was a wonderful weekend. The location, cleanliness, and access to many conveniences was perfect and made for a carefree and comfortable weekend. The communication with the owner was excellent and we will definitely stay again.

We've been coming to the Alexandria Bay area for 14 years and never miss a chance to come up for a weekend or longer stay.

Recently purchased the property and upgraded two of the bedrooms with new Nectar mattresses. Also, installed new larger (55") smart TV in living room.
