A brand new build - finished in May 2019. Three bedrooms, two baths, in a residential neighborhood in the town of Silverton. Some of the best views of Kendall Mountain from this house. The Altitude Adjustment has a huge yard, fire pit, RV parking and plug-in, granite kitchen counters, laminate flooring, and TV's throughout the house and per bedroom. Great yard to have a small wedding or family gathering (please inquire first). Ride the train up to almost the front door. A ton of parking for trucks and trailers, easy pull through and around access.

Our stay at this property was fantastic. The home was extremely clean, spacious, comfortable and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was large and had everyth8 g we needed. We enjoyed sitting out on the back patio watching the train pull in. We were walking distance to everything in town. Really, this stay could not have been nicer. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

This was our second time to stay at the property. It is a really nice, well maintained home with more than enough space for our family of 4. We love being close enough to walk to the main strip for dining and shopping. We will be back!

Nice cabin with great location in town

We had 2 families stay. The kids loved the bunk room, there was plenty of space with 2 separate living rooms, one upstairs and one down. The kitchen was large with plenty of seating. We could walk to anything we needed in town and being right next to the train was very cool. Owners were very quick with responding to anything we needed. Would stay here again.

Skijoring weekend

Easy in, easy out. Beautiful home in a beautiful location. It was nice and quiet on the backside of town yet convenient walking distance to downtown. Excellent view in all directions.

When my family and I arrived at the property after a very long drive it was so welcoming. We were all very impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the house. It had all the amenities of home. We have already decided to try and book this location for our trip next year.

From beginning to end, property manager Karen was great, always available, responsive and personal! The property was very clean and beautifully decorated, the kids loved seeing the trains everyday, walking the trail next to river and picking huge dandelions. Close to the town, walked everyday everywhere and the locals where very nice. First time in Silverton but it wont be our last and we would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and new home in Silverton

Very nice & clean house, with all new appliances and fixtures. Very spacious with large living areas on each of the two floors. Wonderful kitchen with island. Large dining room table for meals. New washer and dryer. More than enough space for our family. We stayed for four days during Hardrock 100 weekend. Ate dinner on back porch and watched sunset and beautiful views. Enjoyed watching the Durango train that stops by in the afternoons. One of the nicest homes in Silverton. Only a few blocks walk to downtown. We can't wait to return next year.

I reserved this property almost a year in advance. I had no issues with the long reservation. I received updates confirming the reservation throughout the year. Check in/out was flawless. The property is within walking distance to Main St. A perfect location with unobstructed views of the Mountains. A cross country/hiking trail was next to the property. Silverton Mountain was a 15/20 minute drive. The patio in back made for a safe ski storage area. The property had 3 bedrooms with one bedroom having 2 bunk beds, sleeping 4. There was a TV area upstairs which made a good place for clothes storage for the 2 bunk bed bedroom since there was not much space for the 2 adults using the room. We had 6 adults and had plenty of room to prepare food and eat. The downstairs living room was large enough for the whole group to sit and converse. The property was beautifully decorated and the furniture was top quality. I would have reserved it again for next year had we not decided on a different Ski destination.

Loved This Property!

I was impressed by the cleanliness, the views, and well-stocked everything at this property. It is a duplex with gorgeous mountain views, right next to Mineral Creek. You can hear the creek when stargazing around the fire pit in the back. My husband and I had everything we needed. There are 6 outdoor collapsable chairs for fire watching, very comfortable beds (!), all the pots/pans kitchenware you need, coffee, extra blankets, soaps, cleaning supplies, towels, and so much more. I was so impressed by the quality of the appliances, furniture, and overall decor of this property. If you want a super nice home to return to after a day of breathtaking (and tough!) hikes- this is the place to rent. My family does a lot of RV camping, and I like to have a softer, cleaner, spacious, more comfortable experience after a day of adventure. Nice washer/dryer with detergent and softener. Lots of paper towels, hand sanitizer, disinfectants, and super comfortable couches with a giant tv ready with Netflix etc. There is fully stocked grill, which we used about every single day. The owners of this property really thought of everything, and spared no expense for quality. I couldn't be more satisfied. Not many cons to list- just that the listing did not disclose that this property is indeed a duplex (smaller sq/footage than listed), and that it is a few feet away from 2 train tracks and station. Neither of the things was a problem at all! The train isn't running (no train whistles and bustling people a few times a day) due to covid, and someone in town mentioned the the train station is moving to another location (cannot verify accuracy). The house is a duplex, but the other side is used by post office employees, who need a rest after long travels. There are entirely separate ac/heating (forced air) units between sides of the duplex. The back patio was solely ours, and it appears that our side of the house is quite a bit larger. We could see a mail truck parked in front of the house- but that was it in terms of disturbance/noice/contact. Hopefully the owners will update the listing to add these details. This property would also be excellent for families with kids as well. My only complaint is that they don't allow dogs. However, I completely understand given that this is a ultra nice property. I will certainly be coming back to this property! Worth the money!
